It's a quite wide store with mist, lingerie, bags, casual wear clothes. They have testers and it's a convenient store to look at the collection they have. All the merchandise is arranged amd organised well.

I did like this store Although I was disappointed that they didn't have my size in wedding lingerie. I would shop here again as they had a good variety of styles available and the shop is well presented with attentive staff but I would suggest phoning ahead to check if they have bras in your size to save disappointment especially if you are a larger busted lady.

Visited the Bull ring store in Birmingham with my young teen today. Very impressed with the service! Elena was absolutely amazing in selecting exactly what we needed and really put my daughter at ease as she had been nervous about getting measured. My sister and I went to Victoria Secret on Saturday and they had a 20% sale on. The assistants were very supportive and knowledgeable about their products. The changing rooms were clean and tidy , I was offered a chair to sit on whilst my sister tried on some leggings. Staff went above and beyond with all clients. Great service and atmosphere. My wife forgot her phone with me while she was on her way to Victoria Secrets store. I quickly called up the store, gave them a description of her and asked them to and inform her about it. Lauren and another lady at the store were extremely helpful. They got my wife to call me back from their phone and ensured we find each other. Thank you so much, this was above and beyond all the great work you lovely people do at the store.
