Excellent service here. I phoned ahead as we had some specific requirements and I was not only listened to and understood, the Steve (I think!) phoned me back with some further suggestions. On the day, Lin the assistant was so lovely and helpful, and really took into account our requirements. My daughter's dress was really stunning, it was a struggle to pick one. It's my second time buying a prom dress here and if either of my boys ever want a prom dress, I will bring them too!

I visited with my mum and nan as they wanted to try and find dresses for my wedding in April. Stuart and Lyn were brilliant and incredibly knowledgeable. My mum was also running very late and they were completely understanding and that it was fine as they were the last appointment so they could extend it if necessary. Well my mum knew what she wanted and Lyn just let her roll with it. My nan not so sure but Lyn and Stuart were very patient not rushing her and no pressure to choose that day. They made an excellent team and now my mother in law and her mum might be persuaded to travel from Yeovil to visit them. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience😄

After looking in so many shops I finally found my mother of the bride outfit here! I was looked after by Jackie, she was so helpful and was happy for me to try on as many dresses as I wanted. The owner also was very helpful and actually suggested I tried on something I wasn't sure of and that's what I ended buying! Thank you so much for your wonderful service. Lovely little shop with helpful staff and a lovely choice of dresses. Prices from bargains to expensive designer dresses. I had such a good deal I bought 2 dresses and 2 fascinaters! They also had lovely shoes and bags to match any outfit as they could be dyed. Well worth my 1 and 1/2 hour journey

Fantastic service. I seriously cannot fault Tracey and staff. I was completely in their hands shopping for a Mother of the Bride outfit. After trying a selection of outfits, all may I say I loved, I left purchasing the entire ensemble from hat to handbag and would definately recommend this for a special attire event. My daughter won a competition in the Echo for a Prom dress up to the value of £300 from Fab Frocks...fantastic! Tracey gave us a private appointment with the shop closed and we had the place to ourselves. We were treated as if we were paying customers. Tracey's dedication and patience is beyond belief. And now...two months later...my daughter changed her mind on the dress. One call to Tracey and we were told an exchange was no problem, and again today we were treated to exceptional service and patience by Tracey, who helped my daughter start again on her quest for the perfect dress! The service, choice and helpfulness of Tracey and her staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this shop and just want to say a big thank you to Tracey for making a teenager very happy...not the easiest of tasks!

I do not own a dress! I am mother of the bride to be, I was a bit anxious about dress shopping, well I need not have worried, on entering shop I was made to feel welcome, was looked after wonderfully, made to feel at ease, I actually enjoyed myself and this I didn't expect. I loved the hat selection too, I am going to return and purchase a gorgeous dress and stunning hat, very happy with my visit to fab frocks, thank you Maggie and the lovely ladies.
