What a great experience firstly! I rang to make an appointment for our daughter to find her prom dress. From the get go, we were treated amazingly. The staff and owner could not have been more friendly and wow, what a choice of dresses. All the dresses are clearly priced and well presented. Our daughter was made to feel like she was the only one there, even though the shop was busy. I loved the extra little touches, like the paddle boards to say "yes to the dress". We walked out having purchased the absolutely perfect dress, and within our price range. I will happily recommend to friends and family, in fact everyone! Thank you for making our daughter's experience so amazing

Visited House of Sparkle today to buy a prom dress for my daughter. We didn't have an appointment and they were very busy. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They seated us and offered refreshments until someone was available to help with our requests. We were able to choose from a huge variety of dresses with a personal assistant to help us with dressing and sizes. We chose a beautiful green dress that looked amazing on my daughter. I must say we had a wonderful afternoon with the lovely staff. My daughter left feeling a million dollars.

Variety colours and sizes. 🤩Appointment required to avoid any disappointment due to giving privacy , full attention and use of changing room to customer 🤩 glass of some bubbly available on arrival - plastic glasses for health and safety in case any dropped. 🥰 1hour appointment slot to avoid any disappointment and get full Attention of owner. 🤩 average cost of prom dresses are £250 which is what we paid. 🤩 This dress is size 0 or size 4 if bought here 🤩 Book early to avoid disappointment. Bought my little sister along to this fabulous shop to find the perfect prom dress. Her school has only given them 4 weeks notice so rather stressful time frame to find the perfect dress! We called in advance and booked a time slot - given the very next day which was great!! And she was politely asked not to wear make up - not a problem at all! Nothing worse than trying something on when it’s caked in foundation! My sister is plus size and was worried she’d have limited options. This was absolutely not the case!! She was faced with loads of beautiful dresses and our stylist was fantastic and made my sister feel beautiful from start to finish. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon but we didn’t feel rushed and we’re definitely given the time to look through, select and try on the dresses. My sister left without a dress but I returned and bought it for her today - it was the one and she’s super happy and is now exited and ready for her prom! Thankyou to Paul, he was such a positive energy and you can tell he truly cares about his business and ensuring girls/women/who ever!! feel fanatic in their gown!

My daughter really enjoyed the experience of choosing her prom dress here yesterday. Although she was quite nervous, the owner and staff put her at ease as they were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Our limit was around £250 and there were plenty of dresses in this price range but we found the perfect dress for £150 so very pleased.

I don’t normally write reviews however …. As a Dad whose 16 year old needed a Prom dress I have to say that this shop couldn't not have made my daughter feel more special. (Whilst also making it a pleasant experience for me !!) Turned up on the off ch ace as she was staying with me for the week, no appointment but was welcomed. Great selection, knowledgeable staff about styles and colours that suited my daughters figure. Well after trying on several dresses, some more than once she said “yes to the Dress”. Would recommend this shop for a great friendly experience.

What a fabulous experience. Paul couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. We unfortunately didn’t buy a dress on this occasion as my football mad daughter couldn’t cope but Paul was absolutely brilliant with her. There is a beautiful selection of dresses within a good price range. Will be amazed if you don’t find what you are looking for.

You are spoilt for choice, the dresses are beautiful and the staff are so professional, they make sure that no one else from the same school will have the same prom dress (colour). I took my daughter here just for a browse for her prom dress as it was our first time. We didn’t make an appointment as completely unaware we had too. We were greeted immediately by the very friendly staff who said they have a 30 min slot for us to look for the perfect dress. They asked a few questions as to the sort of dress she was looking for and then let us browse. We found THE dress!! We found a couple actually. Both gorgeously made by the gentleman that greeted us. Finally we decided on one. From start to finish it was such a lovely, pleasant experience. They know what they’re doing and they made magical. Thank you

Amazing service and amazing dresses at very competitive prices. Paul was brilliant with my daughter as we sought the perfect Prom dress. He was able to fit in a last minute appointment and personally looked after my daughter guiding on styles and fabrics to flatter. Highly recommended!!!! Thank you very much
