I’ve been into New Look twice recently. There was an item I really wanted but they didn’t have my size so the man working in there kindly helped order it to the store for me. I came to collect my item a bit too late and the item had been returned, but the lady who helped me, quickly cancelled that order and reordered another one for me for collection again. I have to say between the first man, the lady the second time and the other ladies who were working in there I was taken back by how friendly, efficient and professional they all were. Which unfortunately can be quite rare in a lot of other shops. Everyone greeted me with a smile. I was asked if I needed help while waiting around the tills for the lady that was dealing with my order and when I left everyone working around the till gave me a smile and said goodbye or to have a nice day, take care etc. Both visits were lovely experiences. They really have a very nice team of people working there.

Some good bargains on the sale rail!! Apricot section had Batwings if you like that sort of top as much as me 😁 clean friendly store, friendly staff.

Nice bright and airy store. Seems to have reduced their ranges dramatically not sure if that is to give shoppers space through Covid or whether it's just that New Look have reduced the lines they offer.

My granddaughter loved it! So did I because 9-15 range is next to shoe dept so I could sit down. Also seating in the changing room. Fab range of clothes too! Could fit mobility scooter in there too, which is super, coz other branches/shops pack rails in too tight, so there's no chance, without half wrecking the shop of ever looking round them. It's New Look, good service if a little strange as I was returning an item bought on line and exchanging fir the same product but a gift card had to be used!!

My daughter was buying shoes and we needed to ask if anymore were in stock. We approached an assistant who stopped what she was doing straight away. We told her what we wanted. She didnt hesitate to go and find out for us. Unfortunately they didnt have what we wanted. While we were waiting my daughter found another pair she liked. We asked the assistant if they had them. Awau she went poor girl. Unfortunately they didnt have the size but came back with 2 different styles to see if we liked them. They werent what she wanted but it showed good customer service. We did apologise for keep sending her upstairs. She replied with it was no problem and it was her job. It was 7.15 at night and the assistant was very willing to assist us. I personally would have been fed up. She even went to find out if there were any on the internet. She gave us the codes of the shoes we wanted and I said I would try at the Poole store. I cannot enough say how pleased we were with the service we had. More shops should have an assistant like her. I hope this is passed on. Thank you
