Lovely store helpfull staff and some really good sale on shirts bought one today

Walked into Suit Direct (Bridgend outlet). Store smelt fresh and well presented, very good lighting throughout to show off the fabrics .. A very professional and knowledge Sales person called MATT greeted my 16 year old son and myself. Finding a first Prom suit is nerve wrecking but MATT was brilliant and made us feel eased. Shopping was a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE .. I must say that the Store Manager called Darren put the Cherry on the cake . Great banter and homely chat. Such s great team to run this Suit Store. Highly Recommend this Store , Matt and Darren

Amazing service from Nigel, the most wonderful fashion sales specialist I have ever experienced. Would have been glad to have found a jacket for my man-cub son who detests shopping, especially for formal wear. Thrilled to have found this store by pure luck whilst browsing this retail centre and delighted to have left with jacket, trousers, waistcoat and shirt needed for a family wedding. Nigel is patient, kind, knows instantly what size is required, memorizes the stock and is extremely talented with a knack of mixing and matching the most amazing combinations. He also has an amazing sense of humour which helped my son feel comfortable enough to try things on. An absolute first as we usually have to rely on online shopping. Thank you very much for all your help. We will be back to see you again. Suits direct, this employee is worth his weight in diamonds.

Went in looking for a three piece suit for a wedding was unsure where to start but thankfully the staff were very helpful especially James, spent over an hour finding the perfect suit for me. All in all amazing store.

Customer Service at it's best! Visited here today as a last minute panic buy as my son was given no notice that he will be attending a black tie event in 2 days time. The sales assistant ( young lad ) was fantastic and managed to sort the lot. Great quality and a very good price. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very knowledgeable about the stock he sold and the fitting style. Will definitely recommend for quality,service and price.

The sales assistant was incredible.My 15 year old son is not the easiest to dress but he quickly sorted him out with a complete outfit for a formal dinner. My boy looked outstanding.(40 hours community if in front of the beak) I could not recommend this store highly enough. I will definitely be using it again.

Bought a few suits now from here and the staff have always been excellent, they know exactly the kind of thing you’re looking for and have a great knowledge of their stock. Never felt pushed to buy anything nor do they push you to the most expensive suits. Went there Sunday to find a suit jacket for my husband as returning customers. The helpful member of staff directed us to Skopes as they didn't have any jackets in his size available. Have not lost our custom at all, in fact I regret not taking their name as they didn't waste our time and we're incredibly polite. Will return in the future.
