I have never seen anything like these negative and vindictive reviews?? From staff who had a grievance! The personal service I have received from both Sarah and her husband has been amazing. I was opening a shop and needed to ship to Barbados! They were incredible in getting me started with free labels & very professional bags for all the Jewellry! I have been very successful in sourcing really lovely stock! I have worked personally with Sarah who has sourced certain items for me. Lawrence has always been so patient and accommodating with invoices and shipping. Everything comes packed so beautifully and so carefully. I have been a customer for 3 years and I have a fantastic professional relationship with both. They are always flexible and open to new ideas to accommodate the customer needs! They work extremely hard at what they do and deserve to do well - they don’t deserve these awful malicious comments which are totally untrue!
