a.First time customer in Ann Summers and first time in dress. I went in store a week before to look at what is suitable for a themed party of people changing sex and a server help me and suggested 7 different things to try on and offered lots of help but due to time constraints I decided to come back another day when there was more time.
I went back on Monday and decided to try 3 on and was helped but 3 very nice an patient staff members, Juliette, jules, and I believe the manager. I was scared of stretching the items so I got a larger size with didn’t look right but they assured me it will be ok to go smaller and not damage them. The staff was back and forth helping me with straps, laces, and opinions on how items looked. I bought the dress that looked best and would buy from there again if the need arose. I couldn’t of asked for a better service.
