We had a lovely experience in the shop. The door was held open for us as we entered and a cheery “Hello” from the lady. We wandered around undisturbed looking at the vast array of more homely / sustainable looking toys (compared with the garish, plastic types you get at most shops). We had a question about one and we just stood there chatting for quite a while. The shop has a focus on sustainable and fair products. Absolutely recommended for a visit.

Super stylish children's concept store with a cool selection of gifts for parents too. They have an amazing curation in the shop, and as I discovered recently an even bigger selection online! Their website is now one of my favourites for kids clothing, and I am super happy they do older kids sizes (although the baby stuff is to die for). The staff are super helpful in store - very knowledgeable and happy to advise. Well worth a visit if in Brighton.

Beautiful selection of baby clothing and toys with very quick online delivery - I ordered last minute before Christmas and it arrived the very next day by DPD. The selection for babies is amazing and very tasteful - no primary colours or awful designer labels. Also a beautiful selection of wooden toys and books.

Great baby and kids indie shop stocking the best clothing with a sustainable/ethical fashion focus including my favourites Mini Rodini and Bobo Choses. Plus some great toys and gifts, including beautiful things for new babies, cards, gift wrap and party pressies. Love it! And the online shop is epic. The staff are lovely and happy to advise.

The nicest children's clothing you will ever see. Recently have upped their game and improved their website so I can now search by size at last! A good range of toys too with not a hint of plastic in sight. The actual shop is small but has a very nice interior and is the PERFECT place for children's gifts, with original kid-friendly products.

I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order. I bought items on sale but it’s been two weeks and my order has not shipped (they prioritise full prices items, go figure). Tried emailing and I have not received a response in a week, just emailed them again but saw in these reviews that they take 3 weeks to ship (what era are we in?!?). Great selection of kids clothes but I will not be ordering from them again.

I was actually pleasantly surprised by this company as I’d read the reviews but placed an order anyway because they were the only place that had a hat I liked in stock. It was dispatched within a couple of days, as was another order I placed a few days later. Both were for sale items, and all the pieces were lovely. Give them a chance!

(Translated) Underground. I bought two pants in the online shop. One pair of trousers was defective, the other did not please us. I reported the defect directly to customer service. I was offered a discount or alternatively an exchange. So far so good. To my question, what is the exchange procedure, I have not received an answer to this day. That was 12 days ago. No return slip was sent to me either. Ultimately, I returned the item and the other item at my own expense. Lt. The package arrived 6 days ago. I have written several emails since then. The "customer service" has been dead for 12 days and does not respond. No exchange has been made, nor have I received the money back. This also applies to the second pair of pants that were also returned. I also did not receive an acknowledgment of receipt of the return. So I have neither the goods nor the money. An absolute no go for a shop that sells high-priced children's fashion. I have no choice but to use PayPal Buyer Protection for the first time ever. So I can only advise everyone to stay away from this online shop. The brands sold there can also be bought elsewhere. Addendum: I have now received my money back and received a 30% voucher as an excuse for the next purchase. I find that very nice. But what I still don't think is correct is that I was told that the costs, especially the shipping costs, were reimbursed to me out of goodwill. This is M. E. of course and corresponds to the legal situation. Also, I was contacted only after I posted the review here with the request to delete it. (Original) Unterirdisch. Ich habe im Onlineshop zwei Hosen gekauft. Eine Hose war mangelhaft, die andere hat uns nicht gefallen. Ich habe den Mangel direkt beim Kundenservice gemeldet. Mir wurde ein Rabatt oder alternativ ein Umtausch angeboten. So weit, so gut. Auf meine Frage, wie das Umtauschprocedere ist, habe ich bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Das ist mittlerweile 12 Tage her. Auch wurde mir kein Retourenschein übermittelt. Letztlich habe ich den Artikel sowie den weiteren Artikel auf eigene Kosten zurückgeschickt. Lt. Sendungsverfogung ist das Paket vor 6 Tagen angekommen. Ich habe seitdem mehrere Mails geschrieben. Der „Kundenservice“ stellt sich seit 12 Tagen tot und reagiert nicht. Weder wurde ein Umtausch vorgenommen, noch habe ich das Geld zurück erhalten. Das gilt auch für die zweite, ebenfalls zurückgesandte Hose. Eine Eingangsbestätigung der Retoure habe ich ebenfalls nicht erhalten. Ich habe also weder die Ware, noch das Geld. Für einen Shop, der hochpreisige Kindermode verkauft, ein absolutes no go. Mir bleibt nichts anders übrig, als das erste Mal überhaupt den Paypal Käuferschutz in Anspruch zu nehmen. Ich kann also nur jedem raten, Finger weg von diesem Onlineshop. Die dort verkauften Marken gibt es auch anderswo zu kaufen. Nachtrag: Ich habe mittlerweile mein Geld zurück erhalten und als Entschuldigung einen Gutschein über 30% auf den nächsten Einkauf bekommen. Das finde ich sehr nett. Was ich aber nach wie vor nicht korrekt finde ist, dass mir gesagt wurde, die Kosten, insbesondere die Versandkosten seien mir aus Kulanz erstattet worden. Das ist m. E. selbstverständlich und entspricht der Rechtslage. Auch wurde mit mir erst Kontakt aufgenommen, nachdem ich die Rezension hier gepostet habe mit der Bitte, diese zu löschen.
