Never really used to go into River Island at all. Not through not wanting to, just didn't think about it as I'm not shopping biggest fan.. Once tried, was sold, neatly laid out shop, got some great kids as well as adults clothing, purchased quite a few things here now, staff helpful too

Came in on 22nd with daughter for a late Christmas shop and was amazed with the customer service compared to other brands in Churchill square! Great clothes, a lot of designer replicas on offer! Great value for money! Was served by a by a very helpful man with white t shirt on shop floor who helped me find what I needed and on tills by an extremely friendly girl with long fake eyelashes and long dark hair who was chatting with my 7 year old, making us feel welcome! Keep up the good work guys! Will be back soon!

If you dress like you're in a BooHoo advert or Love Island contestant then this is the place to go... otherwise it has little to offer... I do not subscribe to these aesthetics so am disappointed. Will have to go online to look for more variety

Absolutely outstanding customer service from River Island and the Churchill Square branch in particular. I've designed customer care courses and trained them to many staff over the years so know what is required to 'go the extra mile' for customers when they return goods. Store Manager, Luke, and salesgirl, Hannah, at River Island Churchill Square exceeded all my expectations on December 29th, 2017.

Good store however I find with every Rivier Island sale there are a lot of clothes that are ripped or stained which would be better off going in the bin rather than a sale rail!

Good selection of clothing and personal thoughts of better quality than other similar shops and prices but what impressed us was quality of the service by the Manager at their Brighton Store,we purchased a pair of shoes from an outlet store in Selfridges Oxford St Londons,a tiny fault developed,normally we find when you buy from an outlet store,a high street store will not do an exchange,well the co- operation and help between the two store managers was first class in all ways.G&T
