Absolutely love it here. Popped in on Sunday to browse for a cocktail dress. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I ended up finding a gorgeous evening dress and headed to the changing room to try it on. Alas it was too big. I ended up buying a dress that one of the lovely ladies was wearing. The staff were more than happy to pop out to the sales floor and find me some more cocktail dress options in my size. The staff know their stock, their brands and make shopping a doddle. I will keep coming back here for good quality, decent selection of options and great service. Thanks All Good Things!

New favourite shop. The stock they've got in each size is vast. It's so well laid-out. Really nice designer and high street brands, at much lower prices. Everything from jeans & jackets to ball gowns & cocktail frocks to shoes & bags. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and professional. I left the shop feeling really happy. This is the first place in going next time I need new clothes. Love it!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Staff came and took clothes off me and put them in the changing room so I wouldn’t have to carry loads around while browsing. Staff also went and found options for me. I honestly haven’t had better customer service in a shop before. Will definitely return and have already told people how good the shop is!

Popped in here not expecting much because I had been looking for a Mother of the groom outfit for weeks and was disappointed. I had almost given up. Then I found this shop! The staff were amazing. Just shopped in the mall in cribbs! Served by Medina and Pami and both were lovely. Couldn’t have got better and kinder help. Picked the perfect dress for me, one that I didn’t even chose! Bought it and so so pleased. Customer service was lovely and will be back!

Experience in the shop was fine but they left a security tag on one of my purchases. It didn't set the alarm off on the way out of the shop and I didnt see it when wrappingthe item. . I now have to do a 48 mile round trip to pick the gift back up and then another 25 mile round trip to take the item back to get the tag removed. Edit - rating raised from 2 to 4 due to the resolution and the wayvit was handled

After lockdown, a baby and 18 months of putting on weight I went into this store looking for some inspiration. Loads of lovely things but didnt really have the confidence to pick anything. Then one of the shop assistants (Ellie) approached me - SO friendly and SUPER helpful. Picked out loads of stuff for me to try on and even gave me advice about what looked best. Left the store with some lovely purchases, feeling like a million dollars. If you are Ellies boss, give that woman a raise because she is an incredible employee! Clothes are good, and staff are more than excellent.

Went into this store yesterday. Was impressed with the layout, you can immediatly see your size rack, plus the items of clothing. The assistants were really helpful without being pushy. A breath of fresh air to actually have someone who is interested in helping a customer.

This is a designer women's clothes store. Labels like Hugo and Jaeger at moderately discounted prices. It's only been there 2 weeks as I write this. It's spacious and airy, with clothes sensibly arranged by sizes up to around 18 or 20 on straight racks. There is a living wall of plants on the back wall behind the tills. Smart shop and worth a look.

It was wonderful to be greeted and welcomed as soon as we entered the store. The assistant was able to direct us to exactly what we wanted to look for and was so helpful with further advice. There was no pressure to buy, even when we walked away to reconsider. When returning to purchase, the till assistant was just as friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and making the whole experience enjoyable :)
