Stopped in to look for a dinner jacket for our son's formal school events. Robson took great care to find a suit that not only looked good but that our son was comfortable in. Yes prices were higher than the high street shops but not exorbitant, and good value given the quality of the garment. Great shopping experience all round - highly recommended.

My husband purchased a bespoke suit for himself and 4 off the rack suits for his grooms men. The suits are of high quality and looked brilliant. However, given the cost of these suits I would argue that the customer service and organisation do not match. The groomsmen were measured once (all driving to Bristol from various places across the UK), only to find when they came back to try on and collect the suits none of their trousers fitted. Meaning they all had to make a repeat journey and leaving very little time between collection and the wedding. They also forgot to order one of the boys shirts, only finding out when we came to collect. Finally when we did have an appointment to collect the suits, we were left waiting 45 minutes whilst they looked for all the suits. Felt overall communication wasn’t great and fittings were rushed. Appreciate that there sometimes staff shortages, but for the price we paid we expected to have a better customer service and overall experience. Overall, would recommend the suits themselves, but not worth the unnecessary stress and standard of customer service below what expected.

From the minute you walk in to their lovely boutique in Bristol you're greeted with a professional, friendly and intimate environment that both puts you at ease and makes you feel like an absolute superstar. When shopping at Clifton Suits they will help you understand that not every look suits every person and will spend the time and give the attention needed to find your look and style. I went in with no idea of what I wanted and came out with a unique, bespoke and lasting piece that will last me for many years to come. Through their tailoring service they were also able to salvage some suits that I thought had gone beyond the end of their life and didn't quite fit anymore. I highly recommend popping in to Clifton Suits if you have a special occasion, or you're looking for a long lasting suit option.

Absolutely fantastic store! After trudging round all the usual suspects trying and failing to find a suit for a wedding a friend of mine told me that there was a suit shop on the triangle in Clifton but warned me that may mean that it could be out of my budget! He was very wrong they have suits here for every budget and I definitely got a better deal than I would have elsewhere. The staff helped me pick a suit, shirt and tie! After listening to my requirements and then had it ordered and tailored to fit me beautifully in double quick time! Because I inevitably left it to the last minute! They really went out of their way to help! I was so happy with the service I received it really is a cut above the rest and such a better shopping experience than trudging around department stores and chain suit shops! Don't waste your time visit Clifton Suits first! I wish I did. I would have no problem recommending this shop to anyone... In fact I already have and one of my friends who was similarly impressed by the service has just put an order in to outfit the entire Groom party at his wedding. Thanks again Clifton Suits!
