R. R.I purchased a few men's wallets after reading the reviews on Google and other site. The items arrived safely and securely packed within two days of ordering. The items came in a lovely gift bag which was a nice touch. I decided to return some of the items and Alana (customer rep) responded to my e-mail request immediately and provided me a free returns label. I sent the items back and received a refund on the returned items within 3 days. Super fast service and great customer service, will use you guys in the future and hope to visit the store once Covid 19 is over. Thank you.
