A. C.What an awesome store. I was unfortunate enough to have a fault on my North Face jacket. Its within the 2 year warranty but I couldn't find the receipt. I arrived 10 minutes before closing yet Jan couldn't have been more helpful. He went through transactions based on my purchase and found my receipt on the system. At this point we were past closing time and I explained I'll take a credit note and return to repurchase......
No Jan went above and beyond and showed me replacement options and talked me through the newer North Face fabrics....
Ended up leaving around 20-30 minutes after closing time but delighted and still a strong ambassador for the product and service supplied

I do find North Face products personally expensive but to me I would say it’s a good investment. I love my rugsack I bought from there last year and it has lasted me so far really well.
