Fantastic service all round from checking in for a fitting to finding the perfect bra for under my bridesmaid dress. I was appointed Cristyn as my fitter who was just amazing....so patient and brought loads to try always giving honest assistance. I couldn't have found the perfect bra without her..thank you so much

Fantastic experience today at Bravissimo. Sian was a fantastic fitter and made what can sometimes be an arduous process easy and enjoyable. Walked away with 5 bras instead of my typical one or two!!! And I didn't have to try on 18 to find them. Clean store and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Izzy, Sian and the trainees were fantastic. From the moment I walked in seeking advice on a new bra, Sian suggested I get a fitting upstairs should I want it. I was seen within minutes of arriving by the fitting team who made me feel so comfortable and happy. They sourced me 2 tremendously well fitting bras that also look lovely! I’ve walked away so much more confident and comfy!

Excellent service. The lovely Issy really looked after me and my friend. I've found that bra fitters can be aggressively prescriptive but Issy listened to what I wanted and provided helpful feedback. I left a happy customer with a fab new bra (Alexa) 😊

Greats bras, never had better support! I cant get bras from most places because they just don't hold the girls up, but these do the job and do it well, may be a bit pricy compared to some places, but if u want support, its worth it. Plus the cardiff store has lovely staff who are more than happy to help you find the 'support' you need

Excellent friendly staff who are experienced in fitting lingerie and knowledgeable in what is suitable for your figure. Had a problem with a loose hook on my bra, took it back and they exchanged the bra straight away. If they don't have the exact bra there they will have it sent to your home at no cost to the customer.

Absolutely Fantastic. It has the friendliness of lush without the constant bombardment of "how can I help" The fitting rooms were great with robes between changing, and the women there are so kind. They can suggest things for you, get a different size, or something else you fancy. I heard someone else get a fitting to see her size and they explained things clearly. Only downside if anything is that the swimsuits in my opinion are a little expensive. Loved it!

This store and staff are incredible! The service and array of lingerie is outstanding. Sarah, who helped me with sizing was excellent at her job and provided wonderful customer service and Beth at the till was really helpful with a change of item and the fact that I was really pushed for time. This is my favourite Bravissimo store! The staff are unfailingly helpful, friendly and professional every time I visit. The store is well laid out and the changing/waiting rooms upstairs are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are a credit to the Bravissimo company.

Today Jess helped me. I have had surgery and can't do up bras at the back. She helped me find lovely supportive bras, she found a great fit, and we worked out how I could put on a wired bra with my disability. Jess was amazing and made the experience so easy. I arrived at the shop without an appointment on a Thursday afternoon, but Becky, who looked after me, was absolutely delightful and couldn't have been more helpful. She was knowledgeable and efficient and made my whole experience enjoyable and fun. I have bought from bravissimo many times online but this was the first time I had visited a shop and thanks to Becky, apart from getting new underwear, I now also know what size in the Pepperberry range I need to order from the website. She could be congratulated for the outstanding customer service she gave me. Absolutely brilliant!

I bought a bra a few weeks ago and couldn't wear it as that style was digging into my side. I came back to show the staff and they were very obliging and got different styles for me to try. They were very pleasant to speak to, very helpful and patient. I would recommend Bravissimo to everyone.

Bravissimo are helpful if you have any problems with bra fitting they do not use a tape measure you try on what you like the highly trained staff then view with you and make a professional decision on your byhalf as to what size cups and or back size you are for that perfect fit for you l had this delemer myself recently and as l had gained some extra ponds along with my previous choice of Panache bra discontinued and from range after 15 years plus the staff exceptional as ever in dealing with clients at social distancing due to covid19 perfection every time please wash your bras by hand they last longer a rince in the shower when you get home daily and all they need and drip dry

Have used the cardiffy store for the last 10 years and have always had an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. They are happy to trail backwards and forwards with as many options as necessary and their experience in bra fitting is brilliant. I would highly recommend a visit.

Was greeted straight away by very smiley, friendly sales assistant who took my details in seconds and took me down to a fitting room in the basement. It was down a flight of stairs so those of you with mobility issues: IT'S HARD! Had to stop to catch my breath and ease the pain on the way back up! However fitting experience itself was pleasant, very nice bra fitter, not too pushy or over friendly, very professional & made me feel at ease, found me a good fitting bra very easily. Turns out I'm actually a whole cup size bigger than I thought! Beautiful selection of underwear in the shop but very few clothes. They could do with a bigger store really, other than that can't fault it.
