Great service and products, one star down, this is only based on the price of children's clothes. I couldn't justify paying those prices knowing they would outgrow them in months! The staff are helpful, friendly and we just enjoy the experience when we visit. Good range of Gucci, Stone Island, Emporio etc...

Okay so, I’m only posting this based on the amount of reviews from people who have no clue what this store actually is. This is a designer store. They sell high-end clothes like Gucci, but also have a hand in brands like Stone Island or Billionaire Boys Club. Do not go here expecting to find Primark prices, it’s a designer shop for these brands. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. My most recent purchase was a coat and the gentleman who served me was the store manager. A very pleasant and helpful individual who helped me with sizing and styling. Definitely worth a visit!

I did manage to get the top size I wanted in the end but the Cardiff branch and the company website are run by different people so it makes it more difficult to change sizes bought online they do sell nice things. So *update I went today got exactly what I needed and I have to be fair the lady with the short hair is the best assistant there really makes a nice effort with me so I can only give thanks for that.

This place has high-end designer clothes and accessories, staff are very friendly and helpful, shop has everything you need for both men, women and kids, obviously it's not going to be cheap as these are designer labels at the end of the day. I found that although it's a very large shop with two levels, it feels a little crowded with certain lines of clothes squashed together, two much crammed in here and there on certain rails, (little bit like TK Maxx), so it can be overwhelming due to the layout, but apart from that its a great shop to visit.

Would have been a 5 star but they don't except returns of purchases online, and they don't come with a freereturns bag so after paying a few hundred for clothes you then get charged for delivery and then charged to return. Apart from that the store is immaculate with the latest fashion on sale.

The stock is up to date and although expensive it's the only place in Cardiff you'll find this sort of clothing. Never had a problem with the staff being rude. Top up to date shop for fashion.

Good shop, massive varity of brands and styles. Staff seemed to be helpful and cheerful. Prices arnt great and some items i managed to find cheaper elsewhere, so would advise having a quick check on prices before buying as you may be able to save yourself a fair bit of money.

If you have a spare £200 you could get a tee shirt not much else. The online Flannels has the same stuff for less than half price. I don't mind paying for designer clothes most of mine are but this just too expensive.
