A. G.I went there for a quick shopping though I purchased a lot and really enjoyed it. Wide varieties of both summer and winter wears are there in affordable rates. I loved the way they displayed and organized clothes aswell as shoes and other things which made me to select things quickly. Staffs were really helpful and supportive. I do recommend this.

N.Primark, for a student like me, is an efficient buy although I do feel the quality of their clothes mostly under £10 is a 5.5/10, as its threads come out with one wash, but the boots are cool, the coat is warm and so are the dresses I spent over £10 on. That said, I don't know why they close at 6PM in Summers, while I had noticed that they functioned until 8PM in Winters. It's a tad bit out of logic as Cardiff gets sunlight even at 8PM in Summers.
N. S.Myself and partner ( who has never been in a Primark in his life) went looking for some new shirts for him. The young lady in the gentleman's fitting room was so helpful and friendly, made his experience so pleasant as he detests shopping. Thankyou
y.I was in need of a cooler top as the weather is milder now. Had success the second day I looked - new stock in! Very pleased with pale yellow crèpey loose fit top👍
a. m.Had a job interview and needed appropriate clothes. Approached a remarkable lady who obviously had a rapport with all staff as she greeted them along the way of showing me to the right section. She then went out of her way to ask what i was looking for and made an effort to ensure I had the right size and the right garment, ensuring that the hanger matched the size and there were no marks on it at all. We met another colleague along the way who guided me further pinpointing exactly where I could get the rest of my outfit and took an interest in why i was getting it and therefore what would work in an office interview setting. Once they showed me the way and gave me their insider tips, they wished me well and gave their best wishes in respect of my upcoming interview. Unfortunately, i failed to take their names but if the two ladies recognise this please let them know they made my day ☺️ 10/10 customer service
T. R.Use to love primark lots of clothes etc at good prices but today was a nightmare .couldn't look at any shoes because girls with prams st down infront of shoes having a chin wag ?? I suffer with mental health bad and had to force myself not to freak out. No longer do good selection of jewellery as they now have a whole floor dedicated to homeware ? Primark is primarni known for its clothes etc but their is less chouce now empty shelves everywhere the one thing I don't understand that dosnt happy in any other shop is the ability to not be able to view without fighting threw a group of chatters ..the pushing shoving its more like a jungle its weird there is no order in this shop no respect for other people I started having an anxiety attack bad had to ring my son in work to come in primary get me so I asked member off staff please go put my basket of items behind till I'm having a meltdown I have mental health my son coning I will go get a tea compose myself and be straight back to get it I needed to just get out of there but she works not do it so I had to go to till all in a state ? I never experienced this in any other shop . All other shops were calm helpful accommodating. Something needs to be done maybe go to online shopping only as how anyone with a wheelchair could shop in here is beyond me ? I noticed a big diffrence today. So will be paying more for a easier shop in future
C. W.Great selection of clothes and size's! Only downside we found here today 10th May 2022, it was boiling 🥵 in there, and this wasn't just us saying it, heard loads of customers mentioning it, even the staff on the shop floor and those at the Checkout!

P. S.Awesome place to shop. Excellent options right from jewellery to clothing to accessories to body essentials, everything under one roof. Everything for ladies, men and children. And that too spread out over 3-4 stories, you get value for your money spent here. And it'll always seem like one doesn't have sufficient time.
V. F.The store has a lot of options and at a great price. I got my black Friday shopping done from this store. However, I went back after 2 months and I didn't find too many variations in their collection.
K. 2.Always a busy store but for the most part you can find what you want or need, just a few things seem to be in an odd place in my oppinion (maternity wear) and not much choice either.
The staff are hard working and easy to talk to, plus if you have mobility issues you can skip the que as long as you ask a member of staff as they have a dedicated till for disabled shoppers.
A. B.I'm sorry but I cannot like Primark. Too overcrowded, too much stock, messy. When I was there an escalator wasn't working and a lot of people trying to use lifts. I think that lifts should be limited to the amount of people who can use them at least for another couple of months.

D.Many levels with plenty of bargins, always busy but for filling your basket you can look past it, great that u get 30 mins on a Sunday look around before the tills open, lifts and escalators. Also plenty of space for pushing a pram around. No toilets or baby changing wouldn't say a great place for breast feeding either.

Downside is it's always very hectic and can be quite messy. But otherwise it's worth taking a look.

T. C.This store is massive and it takes forever to search for things which is a good thing don't get me wrong, there is clothes and items for every occasion and person. I got lost for 15 minutes looking at the same underwear for my girlfriend because there was around 200 different types which is outstanding, then she got lost looking for bras. But honestly it was crazy and it's always busy but you will always get what you want.

J. N.This place is huge, not as big as the Birmingham store mind... but still it's big. Set amongst many floors it's a great place to go and collect some clothes. I mean £2 for a plain T-Shirt, for that price I tend to pick one up in all the colours. Considering the low prices the clothes wash well and can be used almost daily with no problems. Fantastic store I highly recommend it.
N. T.I usually love this Primark and made a special effort to visit the Cardiff store last week however there was very little stock for anyone over a size S and next to nothing in an XL. There were also only four colours of plain t shirts and it's just a shame that the basics I usually go for were absent. I assume its a stock issue as the store usually never lets me down.

I.The store has 4 levels, one which is a level under. It has a large variety of clothes and accessories of both genders and children.
They also have a mini beauty salon for nails, brows and small services.
The staff are very kind and friendly and the prices are amazing for the quality.

N. T.This Primark’s branch isn’t the biggest one out there, it’s always disorganized and crowded. I’d recommend going there very early in the morning so that everything is still in place and for efficient shopping. Generally not a fan of Primark but you could find pretty much the necessities there.

M.Social distancing isn't really possible in the store and because of the layout, didn't have much in away of size ranges either so floor fixtures could be removed from the floor to allow social distancing (I know they can't control the public/customers but this would help to make things a little easier) the home section as improved with more selection and options since my last visit before lockdown.
Plenty of staff on the floor for support and help.

H. T.As long as you pick a sensible time to go, this is a great store. The staff I've encountered have always been friendly and helpful, and off-peak it's always fairly clean and tidy! It is however, to be avoided on a Saturday afternoon at all costs, unless you love a crowd. This one has a cafe on floor 3, near all the lovely home bits! The lifts are super spacious for prams and wheelchair users.

J. C.One of the most humid buildings in all of Cardiff. Though there is a massive collections of cheap clothes, Primark tends to get really stuffy. Even in the winter months a visit that lasts any longer than 30 minutes is a personal ticket to "can-i-have-some-fresh-air" town. For some weird reason my mum never seems to experience these effects, nor does the rest of my family. In fact I may be the only person to ever have this problem. Maybe I should see a doctor...

I was charged 10p for two bags, when the clothes could’ve fit in just the one, and also there seems to be a shortage of certain item lines.

It can get quite squishy and overwhelming when you go in at rush hour - the floors get very packed and the aisles can feel claustrophobic at times. Noisy crowded down right rude other shoppers. 4 floors of absolute chaos and for someone with anxiety and hearing problems, but needs to shop this was not a great experience. Still got some lovely bargains but be warned always read the items label for sizing dont rely on the hanger. Staff looked harassed and some bordering on the -id rather be in bed-look. I was on the point of an anxiety attack by the time we escaped there as was my daughter.
p.It is a good place if you like shopping and if you like spending money on clothes that are really detailed and nice. If you have claustrophobia you might want to go to a different floor where it is not busy. The busiest floors are 1 to 3.

C. C.Let's get the bad stuff out of the way first. There is always mountains of clothes and shoes on the floor and it is constantly very busy. Now your wondering why I have given 5 stars......... Well, the clothes and shoes on floor is no primarks fault, I have been stood next to people who actually throw piles of stuff on the floor to get to the size they want. As quick as the staff then tidy it up it is done again. As far as the store being busy, that is a good thing for primark as people want to shop there.
I purchased a winter jacket today for £15.00 instead of £30.00. Winter has not even set in yet. The women in front of me in the queue purchased £400.00 worth og goods for just £149.94. If your looking for quality stuff which is competitively priced when it's not reduced and when it is reduced, it is stupidly priced then look no further than primark. I have been to the huge one in London and it is always packed. Should tell you something.

P. M.Primark have a lovely store in Cardiff City Centre with a great number of items for all the family on sale. Over 3 floors. Lifts are available to 1 and 2 floors and so wheelchair uses can gain access to upper floors with no problems. Always a bargain to be had at Primark.

m.Primark, everyone's BEST EVER shoppjng paradise, is ABSOLUTELY amazing with a HUGE variety of clothes which contains 5 floors in total, there are -1,0,1,2 and 3rd floors.
Primark is really really great. The quality of the clothes is fabulous and the prices are all very cheap. It is a family shopping place, you can say but fo especially the ladies who LOVE shopping, Primark is "heaven" for them 😂 well, because it has floors 0, 1 and 2 for LADIES..! Yes, that's right, 3 floor for ladies amd -1 for mens and 3rd floor for children... there's one of a ladies floor, which also contains household items.
I have one of my best experiences here and even if I go miles away from this place, I would DEFINITELY come to shop here!

When I visited they had cordoned off the christmas section so it was horrible trying to get through the store. There were hardly any staff free to help and the queues for the cashiers were long. Clothes were strewn on the floor, not many sizes available.
