Have never thought to go to super dry but will again after the customer service received. Came to store wanting a specific style coat and was greeted immediately by a young man called Noah asking to help. What an asset to the team in Cardiff, he really went above and beyond to be honest, thoughtful about my purchase and even went out of his way to check the stock room and other stores to ensure I had what I wanted. Would honestly buy here again to have that level of customer service again. Thank you Noah for your patience!

Could be a five star if it had a few more mirrors. That's the only clothes shop I know of, that you need to hunt for a mirror to see what the clothes look like on you. It's annoying and a huge omission. Other than that the store is great, staff is friendly and the merchandise as expected from superdry.

Jason was incredibly helpful, as was his manager. Went out of their way to try and find a coat for me on the system, a job other stores (further down South) couldn't be bothered with. Even when I called HQ regarding this particular item which had sold out, they were clueless. Glasgow Fort went the extra mile to help. Superdry, you are lucky to have these guys in your company. Went in to try and exchange a jacket that had developed a hole in the pocket lining despite having only been worn a few times. Unfortunately they didn't have the jacket in stock but the staff were really helpful and friendly and hopefully we should be able to get a replacement jacket soon. Overall a nice big shop with a lot of good products.

Nice big store in a prominent and easy to access location. Plenty of stock to choose from as you'd imagine from Superdry, I just wish they kept some of their popular items in stock more.

Lovely shop, very well laid out and excellent choices. Love Superdry quality and excellent present ideas. If you're not sure whether the recipient will like your choice you can buy a gift voucher or ask for a gift receipt.

Great store and concept, except the music is too loud and as soon as I enter I just want to leave as I couldn't even hold a conversation with a member of staff. Very annoying...please.... just turn it down a bit. So many people agree that its just too loud and is off putting as you can't hear yourself think.
