First class service from Wael for fitting a wedding suit as father of the bride, he also sorted out the groom's outfit at same time although he was not on original appointment. Made us feel extremely comfortable and his attention to detail was second to none, cannot praise him enough, credit to the shop. Followed up by excellent service when collecting suit and choosing a shirt.

Me and my girlfriend came in on Saturday afternoon, as I was looking for a suit for work and formal events. Justina was an absolute star- very kind, smiley and super helpful, spending lots of time helping me find the perfect fit (which was of high quality and worth every penny!) Wonderful service from her, she deserves a raise! Would definitely shop here again based on this experience!

100% Recommended ! I never knew shopping for men could be this interesting. I have never experienced such amazing service ever before. Justyna was such an Angel, she was very welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Also, her knowledge on fabrics, fittings, accessories and colour combinations was just fascinating. Moreover, she was so patient to answer all my basic doubts. Great selection of suits and shirts I I purchased the entire bridegroom apparel and accessories and I am definitely going back for more. The shopping experience in this shop is just different. Very friendly staff, I usually buy online from them , only once I used the shop and tried a shirt, it was placed in the fitting room, you just walk in and try it. The fitting rooms are very clean and nice. Had a good experience.

Went in on a Saturday and was greeted by an assistant straight away in a friendly manner. My brother and I both needed advice over sizing for suits, and the lady who proceeded to help us was excellent, and made the process very easy.

Had an amazing service today by Justina. Her willingness to help me and her enthusiasm was great. The sizes I needed were sold out, meaning we couldn't order from the main warehouse. After persevering she managed to find the missing sizes I required from other stores. She phoned and made sure they physically had the stock before taking my money. She managed to do all this whilst clearly busy. Great work and thanks again! 😁👌

I Went in today to look for a suit, the lady that served us was very friendly and polite, and could have a nice joke with us as well. I get very nervous and was made to feel more comfortable, and although they didn’t have my size because I got too fat since the last time I got a suit, she didn’t hesitate to try and sort me out in another store over the phone which had my size available, so thank you for helping me today.

Had an appointment recently with Justyna to sort out wedding suit hire and a suit purchase for myself. Although i was slightly nervous and unsure of what to expect during the visiting me and my party were immediately put at ease as soon as we met Justyna. She was very polite and cheery, extremely knowledgeable and excellent in every way. She helped us every step from discussing what shirt material would be best to what colours would go well with a sample of bridesmaids dresses. Justyna was on hand through the whole visit and ensured everything fit comfortably no matter how many sizes we had to try on. One of the best Moss Bros stores I've been to. Compared to more crowded outlets such as Manchester, they are much more relaxed and take care of you very well. They are very professional and their sales agents give the sense of actually genuinely caring about you which is now missing from most shops. They stock the entire range and have something for every occasion (even shorts for some strange reason). Highly recommend this branch!!!
