Been going here for over 10 years. Their stuff is good and you pay for what you get. Normally get my uniform here as it’s good price. Also they sell novelty items, I came across some greggs trainers.

3 floors of the kind of carnage you expect in a Primark. It's not as messy as some. I still get frustrated that there is very little for plus sized people. They had a lot of nice stuff for rustic Christmas decorations. Great value though.

This Primark is always changing its selection of clothing according to the seasons and trends, however sometimes they take a long time to roll in new stuff. Clothes are of decent quality especially at the price you can buy them at. The home section gives a good range and variety of quality items. They also have random accessories around each floor respective to that floors section. The queues here always tend to be full during peak hours and relatively tame during other times.

Madly busy as ever! Popped in for pants and socks. Why pay a fortune for underwear...triple the price in Next for example. Very annoying you can no longer pay on second floor in menswear area...you could at the very least remove the pay here signage yo stop people going on a wild goose chase!

I used to shop here all the time back in the day, rarely now unless it's to get socks or similar things for everyday home lounge casual like a t shirt. As now I dress in my own style mainly dark/alternative and not basic fashion/trends. I did get jeans from there but colour faded after a wash. Leggings are cool for a good price or pyjamas. I like some of their homeware and plants. Women's clothes to me ain't as good as what it used to be and I find some of the things are now tacky especially the recent 'Greggs' logo I couldn't believe what I was seeing😂😭🤮 n one I saw with Fanta or some other crazy thing. Security guard can do their job but no need to stare constantly with their thoughts, it's rude and behind my appearance is autism and anxiety. It's always the usual sort of race but won't say on here as who knows. Gives me the creeps tbh/uneasy of the sort. Staff can be a bit more smiley too, not all but some. It's a primark. Nuff said. Labels in the clothes had really small, smudged lettering making it hard to read them. Found some (hopefully!) nice cotton shirts though.

I wish they had as much collection for little boys as they have for girls. Also this time for some reason I struggled to find sweatshirts for men's. There were very few options to choose from.

Once this place was all I could describe was jumble sale, clothes over the floor shelves all mixed up with nothing being re folded and you couldn't find your sizes because it was such a mess. I ended up traveling to the Banbury store for five years as it was hidden away on a new estate, on my recent return just to see the changes in Coventry I went in for a laugh and to my suprise- Wow what a transformation keep up the good work.

It's a Primark so decent clothes at affordable prices. But it is too small for the area, needs to be twice the size really. It not only impacts how busy the store is but the range the carry. The Home section is tiny! Also hard to find members of staff and definitely expect VERY LONG QUEUES at the checkouts. You see loads of people dumping their shopping or walking straight back out of the store due to the queues. The escalators are oddly laid out requiring you to walk the entire length of the floor each time so not quick or easy if you just want the top floor for example.

Massive jumble sale. If you want cheap clothes to wear for a few weeks this place is spot on. If you want quality then you'll be disappointed. The store itself is always in a mess. Clothes strewn everywhere getting trashed and trampled on. I did buy some sheets from here that lasted much longer than I expected.

The place is always packed full of people and has extremely long queues to pay and sometimes even to try on clothes. The staff are nice enough and will help you if you ask them. A great place to look for good value for money. However, now due to the COVID-19, the fitting rooms are unavailable, which makes shopping an annoying experience. The size has been changed due to the quarantine, and it is anticipated to return a lot of clothing.

Staff is uninformed about stock levels and product the store varies the only person you can get a decent answer from are the mangers. The store caries only very little of the home range of primarkt and is full of snort kids. Also they could enforce the mask rule a bit more as more then had of the people in the store don’t wear one and no one seems to care. They cough and sneeze and then while their face with their hand and proceed to touch everything in the store. Store is always messy and unorganized sets are missing items and you can never go back to buy something you bought last week and loved it’s like they only get 20 pieces of every item and that’s it next week all new stock. Haven’t had insets for a year now and every time I ask I get told but we have snuggles now.like asking at the grocery store for apples and getting told we have bananas now. So apparently one excluded the other. If you have a car do yourself a favor and drive to the Birmingham one.

You can now return clothes on any till which saves alot of time. They can get quiet busy especially in the evenings and weekends. They're also one of the very few shops in town that are open till 7pm. The customer service is good. Place has a huge variety of items especially for women. The clothing variety is great too and is of good quality. Great place to shop at a low budget for men, women and children. Even household items are very reasonable here! However, if you want shoes for regular use, the quality isn't great! The boots I got lasted me only 5 months and the soles broke in half :( But if you're not fussed about how long they last, they have a good range of options and selections.

Very good collection and very affordable. I have always felt the staffs are nice in primark so far. The only reason I reduced one star is because recently there was an Indian lady staff who I felt was unnecessarily mean to not only me but a couple my friends too. She is exclusively being mean to only the indian ladies. It's shocking considering she is one too. She deliberately followed us around and found fault in whatever we do. It was frustrating after a point. And not so shockingly she was being sweet to some other white lady. It was baffling to see racist behavior to your own race. Pathetic.

Great for what it is, which is a discount clothing store. Quality is always sacrificed for price but we use it for buying holiday clothes or for growing children so you don't feel so bad when they grow our of it within days! This is a large store with three floors, so plenty to explore and normally very busy indeed. Avoid on a Saturday if you don't like crowds.

Good variety of products, but they are far from good quality. The store is always very busy and sometimes really messy, with piles of clothes even on the floor. I'll give this a 4/5 for the good prices, but like I said, the quality is not the best so if you're looking for something decent, you might wanna try somewhere else.

Massive store over 3 floors,wheelchair access via the main entrance, further access two the remaining floors is via lifts and escalators. Payment desks on all floors,can be a bit of a wait in busy times.well laid out floors generally ladies clothing on the ground floor,gents and kids on the second and house hold goods on the third floor.good value clothing,and lots of it,Primark use paper bags as opposed to plastic bags which is one good thing they do.the staff on the shop floor are most helpful,but the staff on the check outs are less so,mainly because they are kept busy and rush to keep the queues small.its not a store I use often, I last purchased towels and socks good quality and reasonably inexpensive

Not as full - both stock wise and shoppers wise, as Birmingham's new store. But a decent size with most conventional sizes catered for. Higher end shoes sizes significantly lacking if you're a tall woman.

I always enjoy stopping by a Primark when I feel like finding something fun to wear. Especially for a special event like Christmas Sweaters and Summer Festivals. Primark offers a wide range of clothing and accessories for every age; male and female! This location is really good with numerous floors of hidden gems. There are also cash tills all over the store, so if one queue is super long, just head to another level and find one that isn't. The customer service here is either really great or good. But I've never experienced anyone who didn't care about me or was rude. There are no toilets, but the Starbucks across the way might let you use theirs. Some hidden seating for The Spouse... but best to go alone or have them meet you towards the end of your shop. I tend to get carried away with all the cheap and discount deals and could be there for hours!

About as much as you can expect from a Primark. A great place to go and see questionable outfit choices on questionable people. If your feeling like having a COVID gamble then this is a great choice as social distancing is off the menu, though not at the fault of the staff who are clearly trying to enforce it at the till and entrance. Unfortunately the public have turned a blind eye to the current pandemic in the hurry to grab a £12 Dragon Ball Z hoodie and another pair of see-through leggings. Great choice of clothes at great prices as always

This store has seriously improved. I used to avoid it like the plague as it resembled a jumble sale but now I love going in and can spend hours in there. Particularly love the pyjamas, lingerie, socks, home and make up/nail selection. Love that they have begun selling other brands, and really sorted out the design and layout of the store. It's no longer only selling poor quality clothes and I've got some really good items there. Will continue to visit when in Coventry town.

Wide range of stuff can be bought here, was been there to buy just the winter jackets but looking at the collection of clothes for men, women and children- I have bought many. Spread over 3 floors having good variety of collections, the quality of the clothes and shoes are good and relatively cheaper. The checkout counters are also quicker and made the job easy to complete the purchase. I would recommend this store for those who would like to purchase for the entire family at one stop.

Lovely primark. Well set out over 3 floors with easy access to all. Bit different to the one I usually use in Manchester but still a well laid out store. It's a lot tidier than the one in Manchester with more staff in relation to customer numbers. It was great though to be able to walk round and look at clothes in relative comfort without being barged and bumped at every turn. A great shopping experience.

This Primark has been improved considerably. It's bright and clean with less stock on the floor. I would advise that the change the escalators to go up and down on the same side as it is a real pain going up and down unless you try to use the really busy lifts. I know they may do it for security but honestly speaking it's the worst thing about their store.

Primark is a store for all budget where you can expect extremely lucrative deals. This store had been part of my schedule during my visits to various places in the UK. The Coventry store has vast collection of apparel and accessories which are of excellent quality. I bought two pair of shoes for just 3£ each which lasted for over an year and chinos for 10£ which are still in wearable condition after over 7 years. They do have colourful jumpers suitable for all age groups. It’s about 5 minute walk from pool meadows bus station and and Coventry transport museum.
