s. h.Would really like to say how amazing the female salesperson was on my recent trip here on the 15th. From looking at the receipt I believe her names Emma? She was unbelievably helpful at finding the right pair of jeans for me and chose 2 different fits that she thought would best suit my needs. I have to say the pair she chose are probably the best jeans I’ve had for a long time with my current figure. She even offered to take my items to the cashier point to aid me browsing other items. As far as I could see she was on her own in the store and bless her was surprised I asked if I could recommend her for something given how high her customer service skills are. But fundamentally I’m grateful for her service and hope she definitely gets some recognition for her work!
C. C.It's a okay shop but the online shopping is not that great it never accepts your card most times.your better of going to the store in your town,but sometimes they don't have what you can get online.

We had no receipt, explained the situation.
Was very impressed and happy with the service we received from staff especially manager Chloe who did an exchange for us straight away.
Very impressed with the efforts put in by her to make sure we were well looked after throughout our shopping trip at the store.
If only other shops trained their staff the same.

H. J.Popped in for a gift for other half. Staff are attentive and friendly. Chatty and only ask the once if you would like help and then leave you to your shopping. But are available when needed. Quality products that always wash well. Worth spending a little more on as they last.
