Spent hours in other stores trying to find clothes that fit and we could try on for a decent price with no luck. Went here as a last resort and immediately we were helped by a polite and friendly member of staff, who not only helped us find exactly what we were looking for but also explained why certain things had to be the way they are when asked (e.g. the buttons on a waistcoat). Would highly recommend to anybody who needs smart clothing - we should've just gone here first and saved ourselves so much time, plus the prices are more than fair.

I went to Moss Bros in INTU Derby on Saturday 15th February 2019. I needed a complete outfit of suit, shirts, ties etc for a forthcoming cruise holiday. I was assisted by Rachel on this visit. I am a male in denial, trying to come to terms with being over sixty and struggling with the fact that I'm not the size and shape I used to be. Despite this and the shop being very busy, Rachel was incredibly helpful and infinitely patient. As a result I got a fantastic suit along with everything else I wanted, even if it's not the size I wanted it to be :) On Thursday 20th February, I returned to collect two pairs of Chinos which I'd ordered. I was served by Ben who was also very attentive and helpful. Well done both of you for your impeccable customer focus and service.

Not as good as it use to to. Bit of a jumble the way the clothes are set out. But still a good choice of items in sizes.

So I decided I want a new suit, pretty simple, tailored black three piece. Couple of weeks ago, I went to my "go to" clothes shop (I'm a 50 ish tall male, you can probably guess which shop !).....to be frank , they couldn't have been less interested. So, I thought I'd try Moss bros, I visited the Derby store, the sales assistant Rachel was manning the shop alone, and yet managed to attend to both myself and another customer in an extremely efficient and professional manner. So, in conclusion, not have I ordered a suit, but next time I'm looking for formal clothes, Moss bros will be my first port of call. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt that the service I received today was refreshing ! Well done to Moss bros, and particularly Rachel, you're a credit to your company !

Very pleasant experience today at this store. Rachel the shop floor worker was clearly swept off her feet but did her best to tender my needs. The suits I wanted did not have my size but she went above and beyond in trying to order them in from other stores which have my size in stock just so I can try them on. Really felt like a valued customer and her knowledge around fitting etc was exceptional. All the other staff members were friendly also. Thanks guys.

Needed a suit for a Christmas meal and Rachel was so helpful and nice. I don’t know much about suits and if it wasn’t for Rachel I wouldn’t be able to pick anything. The assistant was a gem she bent over backwards to get a suit that fitted our son who is 6ft 7in.

I went here today with my son to get sized up for a suit and look at what suits and what doesn't. From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't always tell my son what he wanted to hear either. We ended up purchasing a suit today as we went for a fit that was slightly bigger so that he has room to grow into it. My son and myself are really pleased with the suit when he tried everything on when he got home he didn't want to take it off. I couldn't recommend Moss Bros highly enough. This is wholly down to the experience given to you by the staff from the moment you enter to the moment you leave. Thank you.
