Felt a million dollars thanks to the help and support molly, jade and I think it was Chloe sorry if I’ve got it wrong darling but you know who you are. As you can see I’m not small and if they hadn’t got my size they ordered it in for me to try, they made me feel comfortable and at ease and couldn’t do enough for me to sort me out with my wedding guest outfit, thankyou your amazing 🤩 😘 👗 😍🍾🥂🎉💕

I would highly recommend Molly and the team at Phase Eight Derby for their excellent customer service. Molly went over and above to help me complete my outfit for a wedding. She helped with advice and suggestions until we got the look right! Giving her time and patience! After a bad experience trying to get a refund from Phase Eight online, Molly has now restored my faith in Phase Eight. Well done Molly!

Incredible service from Lynn and Lauren when I went shopping for a dress for a special meal after our wedding. I have been served by Lynn before who remembered my style and made suggestions to suit me. My partner even said how amazing the dress looked, which made me feel really amazing. I can’t wait to go back to Phase Eight Derby and have another great experience!

Went to Sheffield Meadowhall first to Phase Eight to look for outfit for a wedding in September,but could not find anything and the staff were not attentive or helpful and left very disappointed. Travel back to the Derby and went into the Intu Shopping Centre and call into Phase Eight and the experience was totally different the staff Georgina and Molly were very attentive, helpful and help me find an outfit. The dress I purchased was recommended by Georgina which I had at first had said no to. I will be going back to purchase shoes in a couple of weeks as at the moment they do not have in store. 10 out of 10 for customer service.

My wife Nicky ordered a hat for my Daughters wedding from Phase Eight online... It arrived damaged and the only option was to take it back to the local store... In our case Derby. Not only did Georgina refund and replace the hat, but managed to identify the gorgeous dress for the wedding too! Great taste, attentive without being pushy, Georgina, you've made Nickys day she will now be the epitome of "The Mother of the bride"! What a great "post Covid" shopping experience! Thank you! J

I'm not one to leave a review, however I just wanted to congratulate the staff at the Phase Eight store in Derby. I hate shopping, but the ladies (I'm sure they were called lyn and George?) made the experience so easier. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, fetching virtually one of everything in the shop, in different sizes and offering ideas on different outfit choices for my shape. They made me feel like I was the only one that mattered; however there was another customer in the shop who had the same treatment while i was there. I was dreading going, yet I came back happy, having had a wonderful experience with more new clothes than I expected to buy and excited to go back again!

Just wanted to leave a review to say thank you to Betsy and I'm sorry I can't remember the other ladies name for all your help today, I tried everything on and it all looks great, I'm not a dress wearer and this was my third outfit- the other 2 were from different places - knew I should of come into you to start off with, I feel ok in the dress, not 100% about 85% and that's way better than any I've tried before, plus I'll never feel 100% in anything but my pj's 😂 thank you again for being so patient and helpful 😘❤
