E. R.Amazing upgrade, River Studios is super modern, the changing rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff are lovely and I will definitely be back. New favourite store in the centre.

A. C.Absolutely outstanding service I received when I went in on the 7th of September from a lady in the woman's department at River Islands. She was very attentive and helpful. The shop floor is amazingly clean and well set out. Absolutely love River Islands!

E.Item I wanted not in store neither was my second choice, struggled to negotiate rails as a disabled person on SMALL mobility scooter, staff well trained and helpful but busy, abandoned my purchase after the queue system was not working fairly and several other people had been served before me even though I was at the till area 1st, I apologised to cashier left the item with her and left the store feeling stressed and claustrophobic, such a shame, not quite enough room.
