I was having difficulty ordering some tops online using a gift card. Called the shop and they explained what I had to do and got it sorted quickly and easily. Completed the order at about 12, tops got delivered by 6 the same day. Even got a text from Ian to let me know. Fantastic Service all round!!

First time ordering and very satisfied.

was hesitant to purchase online at first. they was the only online retailer i could find for my product. i ended up ordering expecting next day delivery but didnt even receive an email of shipment or tracking. i ended calling them and the guy i spoke to was very understanding and told me the product was out of stock. ideally they shouldnt be taking payment for items that arnt in stock and should notify the buyer instantly however the person on the phone was very kind and emailed me my refund a couple minutes later.
