We could not be more impressed with the quality of our face masks. The material used is incredibly soft and lovely when wearing on the face. We have washed the masks in the machine and I was very impressed to find that our logo did not fade after multiple washes. The art design team was brilliant in ensuring we were more than happy with the design and colours before the masks were made and took great detail to get it right.

I ordered some branded polo shirts for a trade show, around 2 weeks before to give plenty of time. The estimated delivery was Thursday the week before which worked well. When it got to that Thursday I hadn’t received a dispatch notification so contacted them to be told they weren’t being embroidered until the Friday for delivery by Wednesday the following week after the show had finished. I explained my situation and that it would be too late, and they were great. The lady I spoke to tried to find my shirts to get it fast tracked but couldn’t as it was already mid-process, so instead she found some polo shirts of the same size and colour from stock, put them in the machine for embroidery straight away and had them delivered for next morning to my home - all for free. I’m still going to get the shirts I ordered too so will now have spares which I didn’t need to pay for. Some might say that the ordered shouldn’t have been delayed in the first place but it’s how well the customer service team reacts which is the testament of a company, and I was very impressed. The shirts I received were great quality, the logos look great and gave the impression I wanted at the trade show. I’ll definitely be using workwear express again.

The order was not delivered on the expected date and after 2 days they did not send me any notification and so far I have not received the email that the attendant said they had sent me, well in the end I will receive my order on Monday October 10th and I bought it on 30th September. if you expect to change your uniform like me, take this date into consideration, about WORKWEAR material from the last deliveries were excellent, but I expected more from the customer service.

Ordered a batch of Polos, regatta jackets and rain jackets, all very good quality, had a bit of a problem with the stock and artwork teams after the initial order but they made good on their promise to make right the missed delivery dates, the communication when i expressed my frustration was great and they kept me informed of what was happenning. Everyone has been effected by covid and very few companies are running to 100%. I judge companies on how they handle issues as well as the delivery of products and services, these people take pride in what they do. I would definitely use again as if there is a problem then they will make sure its rectified.

I am very pleased with my recent order, i have in the past had my work livery made by Workwear and been very Happy with the results. My latest order was to do with my hobby = angling, i had a logo made up with a Tench as the central motif. Aimee who deals with artwork was great to communicate with , even changing the thread colour to get the fish just right. I also dealt with Tash who again was a pleasure to talk to about my order. I ordered safety shoes for my staff and despite not having them in stock the firm put the order together and made inquiries with the manufacturers making sure that it was in stock with them while I was on the phone and confirmed will have the shoes within a week a and bingo it was with us 5 days later. Great service and excellent communication. After receiving the pair it was slightly smaller in size, rang the company and the staff exchanged for another size and got to return the first pair back free of charge. Overall great service and will do business with this company again in the future.

I recently bought a hi-viz vest from Workwear and the service scored a 5 stars overall. The quality of the vest is very good: strong stitching, hard wearing material, generous sizing ( to wear over a jacket etc) well applied custom lettering and very bright reflective quality. The company sends an image of your custom design for you to agree prior to printing. Great service, great quality products.

CONDOR COMBAT TROUSERS I’ve been looking for a decent pair of trousers for work. I like a few pockets that don’t hinder my movement. These trousers are, strong, got loads of pockets, super zip and very comfortable. My husband was so impressed with the look and feel of them that he ordered a couple of pairs for himself. Not often I review things or companies, let's face it the Internet is awash with the " O.K / mediocre and bad " reviews, so it's really refreshing to write something good and hopefully you'll read this . From the initial phone call and customer perspective I can only say Workwear Express have not only helped me but guided and supported me with my order from "My idea" to opening the box on delivery. Outstanding customer service, the art departments help and guidance and with time scale and delivery updates to receiving my first garments at my doorstep. I can be fussy at times, but they produce Excellent quality work and a professional finish to each item in my order. The stiching is top class and my finished products could easily be mistaken as being purchased from a good shop on any High Street. I have already placed a second order which has just arrived and is exactly the same high quality as my 1st . If you are looking for something bespoke and special without compromising you've just found it - give workwear express a call and get exactly what you are looking for , from start to finish .

The delivery time was excellent and the coat very warm and waterproof , particularly for early winter . Unfortunately the fine plastic zip wasn't as robust as the rest of the garment and the main part fell apart within the first couple of months. The issue was reported and photographed and a replacement was sent without question . Excellent customer service, and hopefully they may use the next grade of zip up the line in future garments to make them Workman proof !

The customer service was excellent, and the clothing was received in good time and is perfectly serviceable. It would be better if the printed and embroidered logos were sent in the same format, as the relative size of the printed logo was hard to determine and ended up being a little big. The invoice we got originally had to be amended due to an inexplicable minor error with two different prices being given, despite having already paid by card!

I've read some of the other reviews but my own experience was positive. It was easy to order initially and choose the text I wanted. It only took a cpl days for them to email me the artwork for approval and the items arrived a week or so later. They use dpd who kept me notified about delivery. I got exactly what I wanted. From start to finish it was a cpl weeks but that was spelled out at the beginning. The price was competitive too. We ordered t-shirts for our annual Holiday Club that we run. First of all it was so simple to use the website, to find what we needed and to place the order. They were also by far the cheapest we had seen on line. We received very quick replies regarding order and delivery. Unfortunately i didn't read the email properly that had been sent regarding proofing the art work for the logo. I called the company in a panic about it and they resent the proof email there and then for me to confirm and reply to and they even included the email addresses of all departments involved so that they could all see the proof had now been confirmed. I then got a lovely email from Mike stating that the order was due for print within the next two working days and would be sent out to me asap and that he would keep track of the order personally to ensure we got it in time for the Holiday Club. I then actually received the order on the second working day and I couldn't believe how great the t-shirts were but also how efficient the team had been in getting the order to me even though it was my own fault. Brilliant company, efficient, cost effective and very professional and personal service for the full team. Highly recommended to one and all.

Delivery of items was prompt and some of the items look good. The T Shirts and the polo shirts were cheaper looking than I had hoped for but the bodywarmers and fleeces were good quality and the embroidery on them was good. The sizing on the ladies fit bodywarmers and t shirts were very small though and not accurate so that was a bit disappointing and as we had them bespoke embroidered there was no possibility of returning them.

I bought one polo shirt for personal use as I couldn't find the colour I wanted anywhere else. Its been washed a couple of times and has held its shape and colour perfectly. Its not 100% cotton but the price reflects the materials. I can't buy 100% cotton for £16! Delivery was fast and my shirt was not over-packaged. Workwear Express even called me to find out if I was happy with it, despite being an individual purchase and not bulk. Overall, very impressive!

Ordered £480 worth of embroidered polo shirts and hoodies . Didn’t realise the polo shirts were going to be sports fabric , but the workmen white like them. Contrary to other reviews, we found the quality to be pretty good. (I guess if you spend £15 per shirt rather than £5 it will be that way.) The design was identical to the upload and communication very quick. Delivery was about 10 days in total. In conclusion, if you want shirts which are going to be worn daily don’t buy the cheapest option and then moan about quality. We are quite fussy as a company and overall very pleased.

When everything goes right it is easy to give 5/5. The real value is how Customer Service works well when something goes wrong. My first order went like a dream - unfortunately the second was damaged in transit by the transport company (on their own admission). On notifying Workwear Express of the problem they took ownership, and after a short delay because of Easter Holidays, they resolved the problem and sent a replacement. That is excellent Customer Service and deserves full marks.

Amazing range, surprisingly cheap and prompt service. I don't know how durable they will be as they've only been washed once. The purchase was for my own use- personally I could have done with an even heavier T shirt option in a few colours as well. However as T- shirts seem to be made of Kleenex these days , these were much better. One minor point- the sizing chart could have been clearer- maybe saying whether they are true to size and whether there's any shrinkage- it does happen.

The goods are delivered by courier and on the expected day with the courier sending a text prior to delivery with a very exact time. I chose Workwear Express to supply my Metal Detecting Forum Members at Northern Relic Hunters. I spent ages ringing around trying to get suppliers to supply me Baseball Caps, Beanies, full zip Fleeces and Hoodies, all embroidered with the NRH logo in gold. Some companies could do one or the other, most couldn't do the embroidery anyway. I was getting frustrated with them all, I then called Workwear Express where I spoke to Dan Owen, the most helpful guy it has ever been my experience to deal with. Dan informed me that Workwear could fulfill all of the items that I wanted to order, and every item could be embroidered to my requirements. In the last two months our forum members have spent around £650 on all of the above mentioned merchandise. I have in fact just placed another two orders this morning. There has not been one complaint from our members about the quality and price of the items they purchased. All I ever have to do is send my order on email and Dan rings me straight back and I pay for it. I have never had the privilege to talk to a nicer guy who is keen and exceptionally knowledgeable about the products he is selling me. He should be given employee of the month and year in my opinion. I am the Administrator/Moderator of NRH which is based in the North East as is Workwear Express. I actually live in Essex. I purchased a bib apron from Workwear Express for work as I needed a spare for the days when there just isn't time to wash your only apron in time for the next working day. My apron was delivered to the wrong address as there was some confusion between my house address and the apartments across the road from me. Despite the DHL drivers best efforts I had to manually retrieve the apron myself from my neighbours house when he returned from holidays! My impression of the bib apron, it looks tidy and has a useful adjustable neck strap. Large front pocket is also a useful feature as holds small notepad, pen etc. The material is very light and doesn't have much absorbency which is a useful feature of a apron. With regards of value for money I think this apron is a bit overpriced (€8.50) as similar aprons can be sourced for a fraction of the price on Ebay.
