This store is amazing, they carry different ranges of products and their own brand Balmoral cashmere scarves feel so soft. The olive colour jumper with the reversible cashmere scarf on the display looks so beautiful. The staff there are really nice and patient which helped me a lot. Can't recommend enough.

We ended up purchasing two extra long scarves and a blanket here. I had a chance to visit several stores before deciding what to buy and where to buy it. I thought Balmoral had the best options at comparable prices and good service. They also gave us the vat paperwork at checkout.
