Wonderful experience in the shop today. Helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable woman. She knew the history of the jackets, where the materials were manufactured. I expected to go in and wonder about by myself. But the customer service was just so lovely. I left with a new jacket and a lot of information about it too. But most unexpectedly I left with a huge smile on my face. I know that if I ever need another Barbour product I will be making the journey from Glasgow to Edinburgh to this shop.

Fantastic service from Max and the team from Barbour. He was very thorough with his recommendations on the type of waxed jacket I was looking to buy, and helped pair it with a nice sweater to match. He did a great job balancing my enquiries with the other customers enquiring nearby. All the staff seemed super friendly and a relaxed atmosphere. Would happily shop again here rather than online!
