First time attending Bravissimo for bra fitting. Really impressed. Relaxed,no pressure to buy,atmosphere. My privacy maintained at at all times. Friendly staff. Offered various bras all of which fitted well. Ended up buying two very happy with the fit. Much better experience overall than my usual M and S. Great service at Bravissimo Edinburgh, very pleased I came here for a fitting. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. You don't have to have a clue what size you were/are, the staff have a good eye for the job and help you find the best fit. Don't hesitate to come here if you need a fitting, there's also a place to sit for anyone you brought with you :).

Great shop for the girl with a fuller figure and larger bust size. Very stylish and there is a bra fitting service. If they don't have the style or size in shop they can order it and send it to your address.

I turned up today with no appointment looking to purchase a couple of bras. I was immediately pleasantly greeted asking if I needed help. After going through a few questions and a quick summery of shopping there on many occasions, what I was looking for etc I was offered the bra fitting service as I had lost weight and wasn’t quite sure of my present size. I was asked to head upstairs where Linda would assist me. Linda was fantastic! She asked what I like, what I normally wear, what I’d like to try and new by looking at my back and front roughly what size I’d be. She then proceeded to produce a variety of colours and styles some I would never have gone for myself but was pleasantly surprised by them all. she spent so much time helping me get just the right size from all the bras I liked it made the whole 1 1/2hrs pass in a flash! Linda even wrote down the make and names of the bras I liked for future ordering, looked up their system to see if the briefs were available for all the bras I was buying today and the ones I was ordering. After going downstairs I was greeted by Tigan to order and pay for everything, she also spent so much time trying to order with their online system and the brand online systems trying to complete my order. Eventually leaving the shop almost 2hrs after entering I was blown away by the help, consideration and understanding from Linda especially and then Tigan. Thank you ladies for making today’s experience so easy. 😀. I could not recommend this shop enough to anybody looking for lingerie for the fuller bust. 10/10 excellent!!!

Highly recommend - always made to feel so special at Bravissimo. Was served by a lovely girl (didn't get her name but she was brunette with curls!) and she was so helpful and kind and literally found the exact bra I've been looking to replace for years based on nebulous directions from me. All staff in the shop were so friendly and gave great advice. Bras are a little on the pricier side but for anyone in doubt, they last extremely well and look amazing!!

I absolutely love Bravissimo and had another fabulous visit in early September, 2021, with Laura for a sports bra fitting since I've lost some weight. Laura tirelessly helped me find the absolutely perfect fit of two sports bras and somehow managed to seamlessly juggle my extra request for a couple of regular bras too (she was that good!) whilst seeing to her other customers. I'm always hesitant to ask for extra time in case that person is pressed for time but Laura kindly made it clear it was no problem whatsoever whilst making me feel extremely cared for - I spent about two hours there and left with four perfect bras which I'm still thrilled by every time I put one on. Laura was, as I say, tirelessly helpful, cheerful, effortlessly professional and easily made me feel 100% comfortable and able to ask for that extra time and care. I don't think I've ever tried on so many wonderful bras and could have taken all of Laura's many carefully considered suggestions so, when I win the lottery, you'll find me with Laura at Bravissimo!

The service is excellent. Especially good for customers with mobility issues as you can sit in the changing room downstairs and have the staff bring things to try on. They really know their stock, how to gauge size and fit. I haven't bought a bra, bralette or bikini elsewhere for years.

I had a wonderful experience of buying a new bra where I usually absolutely hate fittings. I was greeted by Jane who was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me with one look I had been buying bras with the back strap too big. She sent me upstairs and Angela helped me find the best style and colours to fit me. When I was indecisive she was patient and happily helped me choose. I did change my mind about the fit, and I went back the following week to be refitted. Tegan served me and was amazing. Though I liked the pattern of the one I had purchased, she recommended another bra that fits my shape perfectly. They were very happy to swap them over. I've never had such a good fitting bra or a lovely experience buying one.

It's a wonderful feeling walking in to a shop and being told "yes of course we have your size" ! There isn't enough shops quite frankly that stock the sizes that so many woman need! Besides being on the pricy side it is nice to have a place that has my size.

Ignored when I entered but customer following got attention. I asked about a trying on a bra in a particular size and was questioned whether that is what I normally wear. Why would I be asking for that size if not? Limited stock on rail so asked if they have stock and sniffy response of how vast their stock is. Asked to try on and she said they were at full capacity at the moment. My impression was I didn't look or sound the right sort to be in that shop. Will take my custom elsewhere.

Visited today with my teenage daughter as she has never been able to find a bra which fits her properly or is stylish despite bra fittings in different shops. Ashley was fantastic, looked after my daughter, put her at ease and spent ages getting the size and style just right. All the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. 3 bras bought and one delighted 16 year old. Will be buying all our bras there in future.

Claire helped me find the perfect-fit sports bra (Panache) and was above and beyond kind and helpful. The fitting service in the Edinburgh branch is brilliant; completely socially distanced (these guys really are the masters - they can tell at a glance if the fit isn't right and know exactly what needs adjusting) lots of great advice and tips for finding good fitting bras in future and endlessly patient (as i tried on half the shop and ummed and ahhed over what colour to buy).They had all the different colours and styles in stock to choose from. If Bravissimo ever wanted to diversify into HR/Recruitment i think you’d make a lot of money - the staff in all your shops are just so consistently lovely, relatable and empathic, i’ve no idea how you manage to find them.

Excellent service nothing was too much bother, unfortunately I can't remember the name of the assistant! Such a breath of fresh air to find a somewhere that provides an super service and to discover somewhere that provides dresses that accommodate ladies that have larger bust! I am size 10 bottom half and have to size up in dresses to size 12 (but this is not always possible, sometimes it just doesn't look right) to accommodate my bust but not anymore they have gorgeous dresses tops etc. Thank you BRAVISSIMO 😁👍 I highly recommend *****

If you have any issues at all with bra wearing it is definitely worth a visit here for a fitting. The staff always ensure the most comfortable and supportive fit and their knowledge of the range and types of bra is superb. They advertise that they stock for the larger chested lady but they have sizes from D cup upward and to be honest that is the greater majority. If you are a 36C or larger it’s worth a visit for a fitting if you have never been properly fitted before or only used high street chain stores in the past.

I live in Germany and always have a hard time finding bras in my size, so whenever I visit the UK I make some time to stop by Bravissimo stores and stock up on bras. I visited the Edinburgh shop three times this week and always left with at least one item. Lindsay and the other girls were so helpful and looked after me really well. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Went in for a bra fitting and OH MY GOD! It was better than a spa day. The lovely Nicci helped me to find my perfect size (which isn't easy with my chest). This is a lovely store that is always clean, tidy and well stocked. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was served recently by Kerrianne, who found me exactly what I was looking for. Excellent service, terrific staff and the music was also spot on :-))) Looking forward to seeing you all again soon. 20/11/18 Back again today, to the Pepperberry clothing section to find something to wear to a Christmas night out. Great swimming costumes for a reasonable price. I usually have trouble finding ones that fit me and offer proper support, but Bravissimo's costumes were perfect. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable; I left very happy with my purchase.
