I ordered 2 jumpers in the sale in May from Australia. They arrived quite quickly. I was unsure how good the products would be but at that price, even with the high postage to Australia, it was worth the gamble. They are very fine but good for Australian spring and wearing 2 together they are lovely and warm and so light you wouldn't know you were wearing 2. Love the colours too.

I had a really good experience purchasing a Joules Men’s jacket from this Company. The Website was clear and had an excellent and competitive sale price. I ordered online March 25th pm. The parcel arrived late am on 27th and my son enjoyed wearing it that afternoon! Excellent service, excellent value 5/5. Thank you.

It took a call and a couple of emails to find out why my order had not been sent. It was over a week and I was worried. I had not received an email confirming my order or that it had been sent. Apparently they did not have in stock one of the items, it was 'damaged' and were waiting for replacement. It would have been nice if they emailed me to say so, because I had not had even an email to confirm the purchase. However, after contacting them, they sent the stock I paid for which was over £130 worth. Even if they are busy, it is not an excuse to take over a week and until the worried customer contact them to explain why the items that were supposed to be posted within 2 to 3 days, were not in the post. The stock arrived, and it was good price / quality. They are I guess just very busy to cope with demand and therefore a bit slow to deal with the orders.
