R. R.You can get tartans and cashmere at a number of different stores throughout Edinburgh but, you can't always get the best customer service.
The price was very reasonable and the staff were fantastic! The ladies were inviting, knowledgeable, and accommodating.
They helped me find the perfect fit cashmere sweater and honored a "buy 2" scarf discount even though I technically purchased the first scarf at one of their sister stores.
I would go there in the future and highly recommend them.
J. G.They have some very nice stuff, but watch what they charge! We did not watch what they rang up and 3 of our items were overcharged!! Two had price tags on them of 47.99 pounds and they charged us 54.99 pounds and one item didn't have tag on it, but same one of different size had tag of 62.00 pounds - clerk went to check price and came back and said it was 72.00 pounds - when questioned that price, she said larger size cost more. Went back the next day without the items (who wants to continue to drag gifts around day after day) with the receipt and they refused to credit us.

And there are lamb cashmere scarves and shawls, although they are all specific styles, but they can fully meet my needs. The clerk was also very helpful.

这家店的羊绒围巾还是算整条街上便宜的了。质量也挺好，也都是苏格兰传统的格子样式。而且还有羊羔绒的围巾和披肩，虽然都是特定的款式，但是完全可以满足我的需求了。店员也都很帮忙。
