The shop has a wide choice of styles and prices. Very good for the younger person. My daughter used to love going into the shop when she was in hospital..a treat to be out. Well set out not overcrowded with stock. A popular place for you get people to shop.

Haven't been in here for ages. Came in for a random look around with the boyfriend and spotted this gorgeous mermaid sequin style bomber jacket which I just had to have. So glad I nipped upstairs to the shoe department as they had matching plimsolls in my size which I also spotted. Really glad I went in.

It's a large store but availability isn't too great. Not much of each item in store. Curves section very small and basic - no light jackets or rain coats for sale, no hoodies either? Went upstairs to mens section and found hoodies in the sale though!

They need more range in curve section alot helpful staff there's one young guy assistant works there very rude left security tag on my garment should seen looks from him when asked to get it removed!!!

Like all New Looks this store has a annoyingly limited floor space for mens clothing. Good parking access and a nice clean store.

New look has an amazing grip on fashion, price and comfort. Catering for adult and child. Very good choice of really particularly nice jewellery. party dresses, smart office wear, everyday wear. Materials colours and extras all lovingly made. Specious clean. Prices respect the quality. Cloths well presented on floors, nice airflow, very well thought out, not overrated. All sizes catered for. Steardy plastic bags at register, amazing costumer service. Nice vibe. Very polite and helpful costumer service. New Look has been one of the hight street shops that have been there, competing throw thick and thin with similar retailers even throw the recession. To be hit on a shopping day spree, with your Mum and GraMa. With your children, or with your friends. Love it!!!

Iv been so disappointed with new look lately. You struggled to get clothes past a size 12 and sometimes 14. There was alot of sale racks on offer but nothing was in size order which I couldn't be bothered raking through them.

The store always has a wide range of clothing and styles which is great but they also have great staff who are friendly and efficient when it comes to solving problems. I recent had a gift card stolen and the staff members here worked hard to locate the stolen card and provide all the accurate details to the police, they also provided me with a new gift card for the remaining balance I had before this was taken. Excellent service from the staff here and I would definitely recommend their store.

I have attended this shop today. the sales on were amazing and got some good bargain for clothing and shoes as well. The customer service was really good. The fitting rooms were clean and organized and plenty of room to sit and wait. Not sure about acessility. There are stairs not sure if there is a lift. Plenty to chose from.
