Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that were eager to please. They will happily tell you all about Harris Tweed, if you wish. Furthermore they had some very nice, slightly more modern cuts of jackets and waistcoats in stock. A superb investment that should last a very long time.

What a fantastic place! I just visited it this afternoon. Purchased a lovely Harris Tweed waistcoat. When I got back to my hotel however, it turned out one of the buttons was hanging from a thin thread. I went back the same evening to ask if something could be arranged. The staff was very polite and gave me another waistcoat (the same type I had bought before). A must for everyone that likes classic clothing.

I came across this store a bit by chance, however after an exceptional welcome, quality advice and high-class products, I came away with a magnificent Harris Tweed jacket and jacket set!
