Absolutely incredible service and stunning quality. Ordered from New Zealand during Covid-19 restrictions and my custom kilt, tie, and bow-tie were shipped in just 4 weeks! More than satisfied by Scotland Shop, we love our tailor made Forsyth Ancient flat cap! The quality of the details is incredible (the lines of the tartan perfectly match at the seam). Am so happy with what I purchased today at ScotlandShop!. Was hunting around Edinburgh for a shop that sold wool and cashmere clothing and accessories that were actually MADE from Scottish materials and WOVEN in Scotland. I was glad to find this gem where everything inside is produced locally. Yes you pay a little more than the generic souvenirs you find on the mile but the quality is far superior at ScotlandShop and you know where the product has come from.

In the first place, the kilt is of the finest, hand woven, worsted wool, precisely accurate in colour to my fifty year-old kilt. everything is perfect about it. The worsted wool, the straps, the buckles, the pleating to sett perfection. In the second place, my tartan is so obscure, and there is such little need for it, that it had to be woven just for my order. Now, here is the most critical part of the story: My daughter asked for a kilt in our family tartan for Christmas. ScotlandShop informed me in a well-written and personal letter that this was not possible as it needed to be woven. I need to tell you that at 4PM on Christmas eve, an international Federal Express delivery van stopped at our front door with her kilt. The envelope with the picture of her kilt went on the fire and the tears that came to her eyes upon opening her parcel on Christmas morning have made me a customer for life.
