L. B.The staff in this store are exceptional, with special mention to Jean and Susan. I haven't shopped in store for years until recently and have been into this store many times in the last month for advice. Even though it has sometimes not resulted in a sale, the staff have been so helpful and kind, giving suggestions, searching the stockroom and generally going above and beyond the call of duty in helping me find suitable items. When I complimented the Manager on her lovely staff she was genuinely delighted for them.
