I had a fabulous experience in Bravissimo in Glasgow. I initially went in and spoke to one of the staff regarding a bad bra fitting experience I had in another store and said I would like to book an appointment. This was the best thing I ever did. Debbie made me feel so relaxed and at ease. She brought me bras to try on and was patient and understanding with me. I was so amazed by the lovely and helpful manner and the patience she had with me. I will definitely be back. This is the best thing I have done to gain my confidence back. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Best customer service I ever had! I called and spoke to EMMA she was so kind and very understanding! I had breast surgery due to cancer. I have spent a fortune trying to get something comfortable and well fitting. Emma gave me so much reassuring on the call that she would be able to help me. (she had me in tears with her kindness!).. So off I went for my appointment on a very busy Saturday afternoon the store was very busy the staff are amazing and very professional. Emma personally did my bra fitting nothing was a bother to her.!! She recommended so many styles.. I came away with 2 Bra's and a swimming costume. Fantastic Braxissmo wish I had bought from your store sooner your certainly have the best staff ever. If your reading my review please take the time to check your breasts!!

Had a fab customer experience at this branch today. Very grateful for Elise's expert advice as she patiently searched for bras that would fit perfectly, based on my preferences and her own recommendations - came away with four! Thanks to all - Bravissimo is such a great brand to have around.

Absolutely couldn't rate the store highly enough. From great service online when I used the chat to book an appointment, through to the actual visit on the day. The girls were run off their feet but you could still see them taking care to clean each place after it had been used and the customer service was faultless. I commented at the time that they must be up and down the stairs loads and was informed that due to isolation they were very short handed. This is not the first time I've heard this but it's certainly the first time I haven't noticed. I'm almost certain the girl helping me was helping at least three if not four others. Absolutely fab and they definitely deserve a shout.

Couldn’t recommend enough! I’m a bit of an anxious person and had been putting off a fitting for a while, but I such a wonderful and comfortable experience with Lauran even though I made her run about trying to find the bras I needed! So bubbly and informative, really knew her stuff which made me feels loads better. Ended up with 4 much needed bras. Liz downstairs was also lovely! Thanks so much ladies <3

Phoned this morning and got an appointment for fitting less than an hour later. Best fitting ever. I usually find bra shopping stressful but the fitter ? Elise was amazing. Very knowledgeable. I wasn't rushed. I got to do every day bras and sports bras in same fitting. Sports bra that I wanted wasn't in stock but they ordered it to my house for me. I will definitely be back. Only down side was that Bras were full price so expensive £32 +. But they are all well made.

I went here for a fitting and I wanted something very specific (32E strapless black low backed plunge bra to match a specific dress). I went during peak hours for a fitting and did not call ahead. Despite how busy the store was, I was seen within 30 minutes and could browse magazines and relax in their waiting area (which has a lovely comfortable ambience). The staff were super friendly and attentive and explained everything so clearly. The member of staff that assisted me for my fitting was incredibly knowledgeable of their products. I described what I needed and she immediately had something in mind (a Wonderbra). She stepped out to allow me to try it on and it fit like a dream. It is exactly what I wanted! It is my first proper strapless bra and I feel so confident and comfortable in it. I definitely don't feel as though I could fall out of it, and my cleavage looks amazing! I was also able to use my student discount here. I highly recommend this store and the staff here. A wonderful experience overall.

I had an unexpected visit on Saturday. I was extremely lucky to have a fitting service. (I hadn't pre booked this) The girl who did my fitting (Tasha) was extremely knowledgeable, and super at her job. She made me feel fully at ease through my fitting and was on point with her recommendations. Super impressed! Highly recommend using the fitting service, you will not be disappointed.

Bravissimo as a company are fab anyway. But the staff in this particular branch are so so lovely, so helpful and friendly. Such a great selection of bras that actually fit people!! I am a rare size of small back large cup and that makes it difficult to find the right fitting bra in most places apart from Bravissamo!

I have to leave a shout out for Victoria who was brilliant today in Glasgow branch. I was bringing a dress back that was the incorrect fit and trying different dress sizes. During this she noticed i was wearing an incorrect bra size. So I left with 2 bras that fit much better. Sadly I didnt leave with my dress because it fitted my body perfectly but the bust not so much. I have to say that I did not notice a big difference between the 14 and the two size 12s - the clothes sizing seems a bit off to me. Just my experience.

I love going to this store. The service is wonderful; the store is well laid out, and well stocked. The employees are very attentive and very helpful. I recommend getting an appointment for a fitting (which is free) to make sure you get one-on-one service and have each bra (or any item of clothing as well) fitting to you individually. This service is where Bravissimo shines.

Went for a fitting today, great service and very helpful. Only down side, 2 bikinis my size 34 j and had to take a small in the bottoms ,needed a size 10 .it would also be helpful if swimsuits were done in a shorter body length I have been going to bravissimo for 3yrs now and never seem to get a good choice .at 5ft 2in and over 50 I would like to see more for this age a little more coverage on bikini bottoms please

Absolutely great experience all around. Both in-store and online. They will be with you however long you need until you find a perfectly fitting bra. Their customer assistants don't use a measuring tape, but rather check how your current bra fits and compare to how it should fit which makes it for more accurate sizing and a more comfortable fit in your new bras. Their bras and clothing lines are very comfortable and made from high quality materials. I have 3 bras from them which I bought in April 2018 and only had to tighten them one step in November 2018. Being a size which is not carried by high-street shops, Bravissimo is an absolute godsend of a shop!

Haven't been here for years as I thought it was a bit expensive but to be honest when you take into account the service and help the lovely girls can give you, the lovely surroundings and the massive range of all shapes, sizes and colours of bras then I don't mind paying a little bit more than the usual high street stores (and it's really not that much more!) I will be back now on a regular basis especially now that I know I've been wearing the wrong size of bra for such a very long time. It's the sensible thing to do to be measured regularly and to wear the right size of bra. Thank you girls especially my fitter who was super super helpful. See you all again soon.

I've visited this store several times now and had great service each time. The store has a good selection of underwear and clothing and the assistants cannot do more to help. It's not cheap but the products are always of good quality which is the main reason I shop here and will continue to do so.
