Last minute measurements and change to kilt required and a day before the kilts were due, kilts already made to suit. Ian and team were more than happy to accommodate when they would've be within their rights to say it's too late for changes. They went above and beyond call of duty. Couldn't have asked for better service, although I much preferred dealing with the East Kilbride shop :) The staff were really friendly during both kilt fittings with no messing about. The shoes were a bit tight when I got them and they swapped them for another size no problem. I also managed to lose the sgian dubh, and a tassel from the sporran (don't ask, haha) and they were so nice about it and didn't bother. Would definitely recommend and I would use them again the next time I'm wanting to look sharp.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was there with usher duties in mind. Measuring and fitting all was quick and smooth. Shoes provided were too small so had to go back and change that. Bar that it was all pretty straightforward..

A extremely long overdue review here. I hired a kilt from here for my wedding (can't recall the name) on 30/4/17. It was a relatively new kilt and it was stunning. So much so that guests were commenting on how nice the kilt was. Service was great from the staff and no issues encountered.

For hygiene purposes we didn't realise the kilt socks were purchased which is a fab idea. The finishing touch was also cufflinks included in the hire price. Highly Recommended

Great service from friendly helpful staff! I have been using kilts for u for many years as it was where I purchased my kilt. On my most recent visit Jane went out her way not only to help me get my waistcoat resized/relined for 2 functions at short notice but also had a hire one on standby just incase. Have always had excellent service from the staff and whenever I’m needing something for the kilt attire (new kilt pin, cuff links etc) Kilts 4 U is always first port of call.

I was impressed by the website and great choice of kilts (modern & traditional) My son & I couldn't do the fitting before we arrived so the nice ladies Kathryn & Tegan (I hope I've spelt correctly) helped us right out at very short notice and got us kitted out very nicely. Local business we used for my brothers wedding - kilt hire for him, myself and best man #2. The staff were brilliant - had some chat on them, helped you feel at home while talking through different styles and giving their honest input into what would look good on you, fitting in with different wedding themes etc. At the time I was shedding a few pounds so they called us in a few times for me to get re-measured, each time managing to go down a size (woop!) but it reassured us that they wanted to get it spot on which was great. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix-up with my hire - the shirt was too small, belt too big (even adjusted to make it as short as possible), kilt, waistcoat and jacket all fine. Thankfully I was prepared with some alternatives and though a brief moment of panic on the wedding day, it all worked out. The staff were brilliant through it all - it was just an unfortunate incident with the sizing of shirt/belt but everyone else was golden, so let's let that one slide...

We celebrated our son’s wedding recently,we used Kilts4U for the kilts for the Groom and all Groomsmen,we also had one small child outfit too.From our initial appointment through to collection and return we were treated so professionally but with such genuine interest that all our wedding needs were being met with due care care and attention.Our special day was perfect all the kilt outfits were emmaculate on and all the guests were full of positive comments about how smart everyone looked on the day.Our choice of kilt was Scottish Bluebell looked great in all the photos.We did try to post a photo but it would’t work for us sorry about that.
