I have quite literally just left your store, however couldn't not leave a 5 star review for the service I've just received. I didn't catch the name of the person that served me at the tills, however she appeared happy to be at work, was very welcoming and chatty and I couldn't praise her customer service skills more. I was in the changing rooms trying on a jumpsuit for my engagement meal tonight and was having zero luck with it. I heard a friendly voice (I now know this voice to belong to Lara) asking how I was getting on and when I told Lara I wasn't having any luck, she immediately offered to help me find something to suit. Lara asked if I would be happy for her to do so and then went above and beyond to find me a stunning dress, bag and matching shoes in a matter of minutes. I'm generally not one for shopping and actively try to avoid it, but Lara made the experience quick and easy and was very positive and supportive in her choice of words. I would most definitely return to your store in future for any outfits needed and hope the staff working there this morning are recognised for their efforts in going above and beyond in their customer service delivery! Both staff are a credit to your team 👏

Brilliant staff was in on Wednesday night with my daughter and the staff couldn't have been more helpful . We are always quick to moan and complain but I had to sing the staffs praises. Not to mention the beautiful clothes my daughter got . Well done staff keep up the good work.
