J. L.First-class service.
I was warmly greeted and assisted with both humour and expertise by Bryan. My feet were measured (where I found out I’m a size smaller than I normally buy). To soften this blow, I was offered a drink- either a coffee or something stronger. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave me great advice and I left with an excellent pair of shoes.
All in all, a really great, even enjoyable, experience. I will definitely be back.

I went in to browse for some shoes for my wedding, and was warmly greeted by Brian and Ian. Brian and Ian are a real credit to the brand. Really helpful and knowledgable and made the whole experience a pleasure. I basically never go shopping for things this nice, so it was refreshing to receive such a good service despite the fact I had said I was just there to browse.
These guys have a great sense of humour and looked after us really well. I'd have no reservations about coming back for another pair of shoes from these guys in the future. Really pleased with my purchase and all the advice they gave about how best to look after the shoes.

Not only did he clean up by current boots and re-lace them, but was also able to help me find the perfect pair of shoes! This was by far the best shopping experience I have had in Glasgow! The attention to detail and personal level of attention has convinced me that this is the place to shop! If you are looking for high quality Loake shoes (current boots 7 years and still going strong), then you need to come by and ask for Bryan!

Brian was brilliant with me and when he offered me a drink and I said I don't drink alcohol he went asked his colleague who wasn't with a customer to get milk for a cup of tea for me. This shop and staff are not just a shoe shop it's an amazing experience and you feel that you are the only person that matters in the shop at that time.
