Again the slowest service ever, which is fine if the assistants talk to you, but they don't! So it's agony! Come on North Fact either quicken up or interact.. hello, how are you, did you find what you needed, sorry for the delay our system is slow. You can do it!

Nicely designed clothing and equipment, member of staff who served me was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. The down side is that the technical specifications of some of the items don't hit the mark, for example I struggled to find a day pack that was waterproof not resistant to showers, this is Britain come on it rains most of the year 🙄
