I popped into Symonds while visiting from New York City. David and Joe were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect suit and I never felt pressured to buy, which I have previously experienced at other suit shops. Alterations were perfect and free of charge! I'll definitely return for my next suit next time I'm visiting Hereford. They can give any Manhattan suit shop a run for their money!

Not normally a fan of clothes shopping however Damien was incredibly helpful. He answered all our questions and helped me pick out a high quality 3 piece suit. He even had it adjusted by the in shop tailor so that the fit was perfect.

I was meant to post this review for some time to state just how excellent a service I received from this store. David served me with a level of professionalism and attentiveness that I have seldom seen before and was absolutely superb. His knowledge and enthusiasm were infectious and he was able to judge my suit size just by looking at me! I was in desperate need of a suit for a job interview the next day and David knew exactly what to pick, helping and encouraging me the whole way along. Needless to say, I got the job in the end. Thank you David!!!

Great stylish stock of mixed price range. I have bought 3 pairs of trousers, 2 jumpers and one jacket in just over 6 months. Excellent in-house Tailor for alterations. (The obligatory canned music is classical and not too loud!)

I needed a new suit to accomodate the timber I have gained over the festive season for a life changing job interview. David helped me out and was extremely friendly and professional throughout the process. He got the perfect suit together for me and made the additional tweaks required for alterations. The suit was ready one day early and the chap I collected it from was also very accomodating. Thanks to looking good and feeling confident I also got offered the position!
