Went in Primark to try pick up a couple of bras for my birthday. Good variety of bras but nothing in my size in stock . Typical. Wasn't very busy when we were there, so easy to get served. Stacks of big baskets available so you can fit loads in it. Looked around and they have some lovely stuff and most of it at really good value. I would say Cheap as chips but there expensive these day. Seems like there fashion for winter this year is everything crop top or no sleeves , more like summer stuff, so wasn't buying anything in there. Even pyjamas were crop tops . I even found what can only be described as an adult version of my grandsons bibs. What is going on with their fashion. Good array of clothes for all the family if thats the styles your into. I could of gone mad on clothes for my grandkids but most of them were crop tops or no sleeves as well, Nice and tidy and escalators to different floors. Nice clean shop and friendly staff. Parking is in the multi storey car park that the shop is located in. X

Good store with great prices on all things ranging from kitchen wares to home accessories to clothes- be it summer, winter clothing. Clothes be worn and tested in the fitting room amd there are various sizes too including shoes and sneakers.

Well organised store. Located at the heart of city centre. Big enough to get all the recent Primark stock, and not too big to get lost wondering around looking for what you came to shop. Quite efficient check out system. Practically brings the life in Hull.

Cheap fundamentally, lots of stock turnover so lots of choice, quality is ok, not always perfect or quite to branded standards but often it is & much lower prices. Probably not a sustainable clothing model if that's your thing but mass affordability is clearly a useful thing at the moment. Men, women, children, household stuff in profusion!

Having reached middle age and beyond I've found myself shopping in Primarni more often. They exploit third world workers but it's cheap and I'm strapped for cash. Keep up the good work Primark! 👏

Staff are normally perfect. On a Sunday 2 weeks ago they let me without comment used the disabled change. A manager came 3 mibs later banning on the door about shop is shut and working hrs on a Sunday. We heard no tannoy. The rush to dress and exit. Then some security separated us from a nervous anxious Grandma who while we dressed was escorted out a separate door..?! The other staff were fine if only they said. But the manager in Hull I can only think you had a bad day. Sorry to comment Normally the staff have been super helpfull. NB it then took 45 mins to find an upset Grandma who was escorted out a separate door. She's frail quiet and follows instruction without question. My young child was worried as we're we all. No phone to call her. But the remainder of the staff were fine also the shop is fine . I'd go just not a Sunday afternoon...!

Prices are good for what you get. There is a home section upstairs which has some lovely products. Whilst primark do have a large selection of clothes they often run out of womans size 10 & 12s as soon as they are put out. Staff are usually friendly and helpful.

The store was okay but the till service as appalling. The elderly lady spent more time talking to the other checkout girl. Not even acknowledging myself until she was told she had to wear an earphone for hour by another checkout guy. She moaned about it, stating it's awful when you have people talking in your ear...err excuse me ...that's what you just did to me !!! Very rude ...

I visit here to get my trousers and boxers. Due to my Autism, my clothes have to be the exact same. The staff are always on hand to help me find them if they've moved what I need around. They are always happy and patient to do this. They don't seem too rushed most of the time which creates a more relaxed shopping experience. Many of staff know about Autism and other disabilities and help to cater for us. The changing rooms are usually clean enough as is the rest of the store. The number of entrances and exits are convenient. Prices are good and the quality is usually fantastic!

Defo the store to be for a bargain. No excuse for missing out on a job interview because you can’t dress the part. You can kit yourself out with the minimal outlay and still look smart Smart casual top and bottoms, underwear, socks, accessories and shoes for less than you think, even a suit. And while you are waiting for your partner to choose, take a mobile charging cable and sit near the changing room to charge your phone while you play a game or surf the net. They also have a range of seasonal lines to ponder.

Amazing store and always has been. Today a member of staff made me day. She was so polite and had an amazing chat with her about my career choices. She remembered that she saw some small black hoodies which is what I asked her to see if she had any, and she took the time to go get plenty of them filling the shelf aswell. Working effectively. She was really sweet and was adamant on helping me. She helped me make a decision on what size was best by asking the right questions for what I would be wearing it for. Even tho the size I asked for was nt the size we agreed was best, and I did feel bad that it wasn't the right fit, she reassured me and said don't worry . She mentioned that she loved hearing about people's career choices and was fascinated about where I work currently and my future career. Amazing member of staff. Great shop, great prices, lots of choice on two floors. Quick checkout, queues well spaced out and measures to make sure shop is not crowded by monitoring numbers, hand gel supplied on entry and assistant ensures people wear masks. Assistant on exit as well to ensure customers stick to the one way system. Very well organized and efficient which gives me the confidence to go into the store.

We've all been to Primark, what I find odd about this huge 2 floor super sized store is that there are more products in such as the Sheffield Primark that are unavailable in the Hull store??? That aside this store is unbelievable, the staff are amazing and helpful, wheelchairs can get everywhere here the value for money is fantastic and the range of products super superb. There is a lift to the upper levels along with escalators and entrance/exits to the street and the princess Quay shopping center. This store is a must visit for anyone looking to purchase clothing at unbeatable prices. 10.10

Went early shop was empty barri g a hand ful of people and on the door stood a member of staff cou ting how many went in. Fantastic big store which underwent a refurb recently, so looks clean and new. Lots of stock & sizes available. Good value for money. Staff member at door counting people in - there has been some pretty big queues this month, but we went on a rainy day so didn't queue! Entrance on Carr Lane, exit in Princes Quay, which is also manned. Till area upstairs looks great & served by friendly and polite staff.

Who doesn't like shopping at primark? The value for money factor is great. The quality of the clothes is always going to be a bit hit and miss but for the most part the stuff I have brought from there has been nothing but great. They do have a lot more selection for woman tho compared to the men's section. It seems the mens part is just an after thought as if it's just been stuck in the corner. They have a good selection of very well priced suits which for me is great as I hardly ever wear suits so it saves me having to spend an absolute fortune renting or buying one.

This is my modern day C&A store providing reasonable clothes at very reasonable prices, cheap and cheerful I've heard said, well the prices make me smile. Unfortunately the Hull store is not as comprehensive as stores we have visited around the country, electrical items are offered elsewhere, such as mobile phone accessories and hifi products. Whilst not exclusive in supplying reasonable clothes at reasonable prices I do tend to buy from Primark. But one or two gripes about their fashion trends are most annoying to me, buttons instead of zips on gents jeans and no chunky polo neck jumpers for the 2019/20 range, please rectify Primark.

One of the more popular clothing stores in Hull, they have a good selection of clothing for men, women and children alike, all reasonably priced. If anything, the men's section could be a little bigger, and when it's busy you can be waiting a VERY long time to get served at the checkout, but all in all definitely worth checking out.

I love primark, they have reasonably priced clothes for the whole family. They have bathroom accessories, women, men, kids clothes, sleepwear, underwear and shoes. I enjoy shopping here for the kids especially the quality of their products is really good. My only problem with Primark is that their website is not good. It doesn't reflect their shop as it does not have a lot of things on it, just my opinion. None the less primark is superb and I love shopping here.

Busy business! This shop has a wonderful range of products and caters to everyone. Love to sprinkle some Emma Chamberlain magic on some items, making people question if its actually from Top Shop instead of Primark. I can never walk out of there without buying something so if you love an immersive shopping experience and spending all your money then I would definitely reccommend. You may be wondering at this point: why is this review only 4 stars and not 5? Well it's because i have a problem with the bags. I love that they save the environment (the bags are paper) but they are structually not sound and have a tendency to break very easily. Once Lush had to replace my bag after the primark one spilled the contents of my shop all over. A sock could have landed in the facemasks and that would not have been impressive. But primark is a wonderful place to be all round.

Primark Hull December 2020: Ive been watching YouTube videos of other primark stores. I feel we aren't given new in style products early enough or at all. All the joggers are gone!! , leaving the hoodies. We need different colors of joggers in the female section. Primark clothing is improving , however it seems things are getting more expensive , used to be the affordable store for the average man. Please review your prices.

good old Primark got to love this place very cheap good range of disposable fashion staff here are lovely and friendly and very helpful and I left with a big bag full of new clothes for £68 that would have cost me 4 times as watch elsewhere. Love this store

Decent clothes at usually cheap prices however the shop always resembles a jumble sale with clothes strewn everywhere. If you're visiting on a weekend the only thing I can say is good luck.

You can't go wrong with good old primark it has something for everyone and purse friendly price's! It's a shame that the ques are always very long and you have to wait way to long to be served, they good use more staff on the tills.

Really good value for money underwear i come here every 3 or 4 months to hull primark nice to go somewhere different and to a different store. I find the hull primark much bigger then the one in Grimsby. Its a fair distance from where i live to Hull but worth coming. The only thing i dont like is the pavements outside they are trip hazard ive had some serious trips and injuries caused by these pavements. The council needs to do something about these pavements outside the primark store they are dangerous
