L. N.Heidi is absolutely amazing. From day one we were at ease and totally relaxed with regards to any alterations needed. My daughter was able to have as many fittings as she felt necessary and was guided by expert advice all the way through. When it came to the day itself and my daughters nerves got the better of her, only a bit of private time with Heidi had her smiling again and she made it to the church on time and looking divine.
T. F.Heidi was an absolute star with my dress. She gave advise and was very professional and nothing was to much trouble even when I needed bridesmaid dresses altered at the last minute. She was always welcoming at my appointments and made me feel at ease. Can’t thank her enough

I went to her with only 11 weeks until my Wedding date (before lockdown came into effect and forced us to postpone for 6 months!) and she was able to fit me in, which I was thrilled about. I was a little anxious for my first fitting and Heidi picked up on this straight away and was able to make me feel at ease. It's hard to see how your dress can be made to fit you when it's been bought off of the rack a couple of sizes too big, but I needn't have been worried - Heidi knows exactly what she's doing! How my dress fitted me on my Wedding day was a world away from how it looked when I first took it into Heidi and I was just so happy with how it turned out. I would highly recommend Boutique of Alterations if you are looking for someone professional, but who is also genuine, down to earth and will make your dress look and feel absolutely perfect!
I would also like to add that Heidi is very quick to reply to emails, which is something that I really appreciated! Within the Wedding industry I feel this is something that can set you apart from others, as brides and grooms will often need and really appreciate quick responses when they are trying to organise multiple things at once!
