D. N.Visited Ipswich today in order to purchase a 3 piece suit for my daughters wedding. Normally I am an M&S man but found their choice extremely limited especially for a wedding. So my next port of call was to Moss Bros where I found an extremely helpful member of staff who could not do enough to help me find a suit to my liking. Some of the items were not available in the size of the colour of suit chosen, but I was allowed to try on items of the same style in a different colour to find the sizes which fitted me best. Forty five minutes after arriving in Ipswich I was all suited and booted plus the addition of a new shirt.

S. M.You’d be hard pushed to find a better retailer in Ipswich with such outstanding customer service... nothing is too much hassle... the whole team are polite, friendly and well mannered. I used Moss bros for me and my groomsmen and I would recommend to anyone else who is looking to be kitted out for their wedding...a week before my wedding I had to change some sizes of my order... was no hassle... nothing was an issue... truest couldn’t recommend this shop enough!
L. G.I must say the manager of the ipswich moss brothers is a top bloke, Joe helped me sort out a suit I brought online with no questions asked. He then tracked down a waist coat for me as online only had bigger sizes than I needed he went above and beyond, after loosing fair in moss brothers he has reinstalled my faith and in future I will be returning to get my wedding suits thank you so much Joe you are a top man 👍
S. s.Visited moss bros. Love the quality and fit of the suits. The prom selection is small but very well suited for teenagers. Shop was exceptionally clean, well presented and light. The staff were friendly and helpful with out being pushy. Which made it a good experience. This is our second suit we have purchased here. The last one was for a wedding. Even after a few wear and dry cleans it remained looking immaculate. Would very much recommend this miss bros.
