The Gentleman upstairs in the menswear section absolutely brilliant top man 👊 very helpful with excellent customer service skills. Highly recommended. I brought back four items that were unsuitable in size. I had a label missing on one shirt. I sorted out a gift card to give to my brother as we haven't spoken in 23 years. I think he's name was Drew. I have mental health problems and he was understanding and listened to what I said all I can say he's a legend
