R. C.My wife was looking for a particular item of clothing and looked in at River Island. Unfortunately they did not have the item she was looking for but the staff were polite & helpful when we approached them. The shop was clean and well laid out.

K.Every experience with River Island is positive - I shop for both myself, my partner and children so I shop from all ranges, and I also pick up online orders. Every one is friendly and even during busy times like Christmas the queues are managed well. Great range of clothes and accessories.
L. H.Staff are very polite and always seem very busy. RI is of my favourite high street stores and I visit quite regularly. Only issue I have is availability’s in store but that is the only criticism. Clean store with plenty of staff all willing to help at anytime.

W. H.Great selection of clothing, shoes & accessories. Ladies is downstairs & mens upstairs with quite a floor area & it's laid out well with plenty of walk space. Good up to date clothing at a decent price & they do have some good sales at times too.

A.Medium sized store, men upstairs and women downstairs. Both floors can be accessed from within Sailmakers shopping centre and there is a lift for disabled/wheelchair users.
