N. T.Had a below par experience with this supplier and so I left a 1 star. As a result, a month later I was contacted via email by the company apologising for the poor service and assuring me it wouldn't happen again and asking for me to remove the negative review.
As a result I have altered my review as I appreciate the communication and direct apology. Unfortunately, I cannot rate 4 or 5 stars as that service I originally received shouldn't have happened and truly upset me.
