Lovely staff. Today they let me try on a dress I ordered online and came in to collect. Also gave me useful advice on it too. Haven't had a bad experienc here, pleasant overall

Staff are very helpful, both in-store and over the phone. I was sent an item of clothing from an online order in the wrong colour. The colour is not even listed as being available but was really nice. I needed an alternative size, there was no stock available online but Leeds was showing stock. The staff member I spoke to was extremely helpful; the colour I wanted was actually given a duplicate code so no-one could find it listed, but she took the time to to go through all the stock trying to find this colour - great service, great clothes.

Diane and I visited the store on Friday the 13 th lucky for us We were greeted by Eller with a smile the shop looked amazing and the staff were so smart. Excellent service! Make sure you have an appointment with Jonny for a personal tailor experience and allow him to guide you through the process of creating the exact suit you are looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pricey suits but definitely worth it.

Myself and my sister and friend went to Leeds for the day and we all bought a dress from Reiss. We could not have asked for better customer service all the staff was very friendly and ever so helpful it was a pleasure shopping there. I would go there again and I recommend this shop to be the most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them all who helped us.
