So happy with my purchases. Ties planet were so good to deal with. Im ordering from Ireland so i had good few questions re customs and looking for swatches. I actually had them send me swatches 2 different times and it was absolutely no issue for them. They sent me every colour they had of the colours i had in mind. The were back and forth on mails to me very quickly. Great customer service which is very hard to get these days. i will be recommending them to anyone that i know that needs this service including myself in the future.

Bought ties and pocket squares for my wedding and the customer service has been brilliant. They made sure to order in extra pocket ties when I asked so that I could fulfill the order and kept me up to date at every step. Even accepted a refund for 2 that didn't get used a month later!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Just over a week ago I asked for some swatches of royal blue and Cobalt Blue so I could see which ties would match our bridesmaids dresses. I received the swatches within 24 hours of having an email response from Andrew. With the response being quick and the swatch being a perfect match we decided to purchase some royal blue ties and pocket squares over this last weekend. I could not fault my experience buying from TiesPlanet - great customer service, quality product and prompt delivery. Unfortunately the matching pocket square to the tie I had ordered was out of stock so I got in touch to enquire as to when they may be back in. I received a prompt reply with an estimate as to when they expected to receive new stock and that they would let me know when it had arrived. Towards the end of the week they still weren't in but Andrew updated me anyway and as soon as they arrived got back in touch to confirm. I wish dealing with all companies was so pleasant and easy!
