Recently placed two orders at TUFF SHOP from our plant at BD Biosurgery Leeds. Chris, Robert and a Lady on the front desk (who I can't recall her name sorry) have all been excellent. Both in store, via email and face to face. First order of five shirts arrived within a few days. Second order of 40+ Polo's and Shirts arrived within 7 working days. Chris also explained Tuff Shops catalogue of items which would suite our business and I look forward to working with this excellent local business again soon.

A lovely online shopping experience! Ellis and the TuffShop team were all extremely helpful and friendly! I ordered a Blaklader hi vis poncho thinking I’d be large/XL. It arrived very efficiently delivered by DPD. Turns out I’m not as large as I thought I was - so it was a little too big. I contacted TuffShop and Ellis dealt with an exchange nice and smoothly. He contacted Blaklader and secured the last item they had in s/m. As soon as he could he sent the replacement. In the meantime I had returned the original. I was kept informed of progress and Ellis was a great person to deal with! I have worn my poncho in the recent rainy spell and I love it. I’m a bus driver so we have to have clothing that conforms to the highest safety standards at the depot. This is the highest class of visibility. Class 3. It’s also water and wind proof with taped seams and fits nicely over all my clothing and rucksack. It’s breathable too! Thanks Ellis and Lee for the marvellous service! I will be back in future and recommend you to friends!

Tuff were full of good advice about our order. The price was very competitive, service spot on and the team love the new kit…if only it could make them play better!

I ordered 4 pairs of Snickers work trousers and they arrived the next day. There was a stock issue with a couple of items ordered but Charlie emailed me straight away provided me with a restock date and offered a alternatives. I returned a couple of the items due to the trousers being too large/small and Charlie provided me with all the information I needed to return hassle free. Would highly recommend these guys and I will definitely purchase from them again in the future.

Chris came in on the off chance we wanted to order uniform and as it happened we were in the middle of obtaining quotes for a uniform refresh. We had already receive 5 quotes but it was the attention to customer service and the fast responses that made us choose to work with Tuffshop. Uniforms arrived exactly as we designed and packaged for easy distribution to our staff, complete with name tags and labels. We had been with our previous supplier for around 3 years but Tuffshop out classed them and out priced them. Will be using twice a year form now on for all our winter and summer uniform refresh.
