After an 8h shift, still in my uniform, probably smelling like a cup of coffee I was about to buy myself a watch. The first thing that I've seen was an honest smile from the Boss personnel. Looking probably wrong in my oversize hooded, I get the best service just like I'll wear the best suit in the earth. The Lady was polite and patient with all my questions with the fantastic sense of humour. Tatjana, this visit puts me in the right mood for at last one hour! Thank You.

I bought my wedding suit here and the service I had from one of the sales girls Tatjana was one of the best I've had in a while. I have been a retail manager and I know the long hours these guys do. Tatjana went over and beyond getting every detail right for my big day. And I have exactly what I needed. I'm shopping there now with my personal shopper experience which believe me is hard to find in the retail market with low staffing in other department stores. Well done .
